The present invention relates to the apparatus for notifying mobile phone call and method thereof, and is comprising a housing in shape of doll that can perform the body movement; a wire/wireless transmitter and receiver that is connected to the mobile phone wire/wireless and receives the mobile phone call or audio signal relevant to playing of MP3; a volume level detector that receives the audio signal from the wire/wireless transmitter and receiver, detects and outputs the volume level; a memory that saves the volume level/RPM table of which motor RPM value is set for each level based on volume level of audio input signal; a micom that receives the mobile phone call and audio signal relevant to playing of MP3 from wire/wireless transmitter and receiver and outputs the relevant control signal after receiving the volume level value of the audio signal from the volume level detector, reading the volume level/RPM table saved in the memory and acquiring the motor RPM value that corresponds to value of audio volume level; a hands-free comprising of earphone, mike and call connection button that performs the hands-free function accessed to the micom; a DC motor that receives the motor RPM control signal from the micom and operates with the speed controlled by the micom; and a gear box that moves the housing in shape of doll with connection to each joint within the housing in shape of doll and operation at rotation speed of the DC motor. METHOD THEREOF
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to an apparatus for notifying mobile phone call and method thereof and more particularly to an apparatus for notifying mobile phone call and method thereof that detects the modulation of volume for melody of ringer sound and diversly changes the speed of body movement of the doll according to the modulation level of volume in implementing an apparatus that notifies mobile phone call with body movement of doll. [2] As it is widely known, general mobile phone notifies the mobile phone call with ring-back tones or vibration. Although there is no problem for abovementioned general method for notifying mobile phone call when a user is carrying a mobile phone with him, users were bound to face trouble of not recognizing the ring-back tone or vibration that notifies the phone call in circumstances where mobile phone call cannot be acknowledged such as case where women carry their mobile phone in handbag in noisy surroundings or users are working indoor with their mobile phone on desk or other shelf, etc.
[3] A product developed under such circumstance is the supplementary apparatus for notifying the phone call that is directly connected to the mobile phone wire/wireless to notify mobile phone call to user in any environment. However, there was problem of not inducing the interest of user except the phone call notification function since previously developed supplementary apparatus for notifying mobile phone call was using same method (ring-back tone or vibration) as previous method for notifying phone call separated from the mobile phone.
[4] Such limitation may have great effect on increase of sales for not meeting more diverse and complicated desire of users, especially desire of recently arising young consumers. Also, it may become a setback in having competitive edge over other companies. Disclosure of Invention

[5] Therefore, the present invention is to resolve previous problems in the past and the object of the present invention originates in providing the apparatus for notifying mobile phone call and method thereof that contributes to induce the interest of user other than phone call notification function by detecting the modulation of volume for melody of ringer tone real-time and diversely changing the speed of body movement of doll according to modulation of volume in implementing the apparatus that notifies the mobile phone call by body movement of doll.

[7] In order to overcome the problems, the present invention characterized in that an apparatus for notifying mobile phone call to user is comprising:

[9] a wire/wireless transmitter and receiver that is connected to the mobile phone wire/ wireless and receives the mobile phone call or audio signal relevant to playing of MP3;
[10] a volume level detector that receives the audio signal from the wire/wireless transmitter and receiver, detects and outputs the volume level;
[11] a memory that saves the volume level/RPM table of which motor RPM value is set for each level based on volume level of audio input signal;
[12] a micom that receives the mobile phone call and audio signal relevant to playing of
MP3 from wire/wireless transmitter and receiver and outputs the relevant control signal after receiving the volume level value of the audio signal from the volume level detector, reading the volume level/RPM table saved in the memory and acquiring the motor RPM value that corresponds to value of audio volume level;
[13] a hands-free comprising of earphone, mike and call connection button that performs the hands-free function accessed to the micom;

[1] An apparatus for notifying mobile phone call to user comprising: a housing in shape of doll that can perform the body movement; a wire/wireless transmitter and receiver that is connected to the mobile phone wire/wireless and receives the mobile phone call or audio signal relevant to playing of MP3; a volume level detector that receives the audio signal from the wire/wireless transmitter and receiver, detects and outputs the volume level; a memory that saves the volume level/RPM table of which motor RPM value is set for each level based on volume level of audio input signal; a micom that receives the mobile phone call and audio signal relevant to playing of MP3 from wire/wireless transmitter and receiver and outputs the relevant control signal after receiving the volume level value of the audio signal from the volume level detector, reading the volume level/RPM table saved in the memory and acquiring the motor RPM value that corresponds to value of audio volume level; a hands-free comprising of earphone, mike and call connection button that performs the hands-free function accessed to the micom; a DC motor that receives the motor RPM control signal from the micom and operates with the speed controlled by the micom; and a gear box that moves the housing in shape of doll with connection to each joint within the housing in shape of doll and operation at rotation speed of the DC motor.
[2] The apparatus for notifying mobile phone call as claimed in claim 1, wherein audio signal relevant to the mobile phone call includes various ring-back tones (melody, ring signal, etc) at reception of the mobile phone and voice signal of the other party.
[3] The apparatus for notifying mobile phone call as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wire/wireless transmitter and receiver is accessed to the mobile phone wire/ wireless through the wire access that includes the serial or USB method and wireless access that includes the RF or Bluetooth method.
[4] The apparatus for notifying mobile phone call as claimed in claim 1, wherein the micom controls the RPM value of the DC motor according to the volume level, controls the body movement of the housing in shape of doll, automatically stops the operation of the DC motor simultaneously with turning on the call connection button of the hands free and stops the body movement of the housing in shape of doll when ring-back tone is received at reception of the mobile phone.
[5] The apparatus for notifying mobile phone call as claimed in claim 1, wherein the micom automatically stops the operation of the DC motor to control body movement of the housing in shape of doll to stop when MP3 audio signal is not received through the wire/wireless transmitter and receiver while controlling the body movement of the housing in shape of doll by adjusting RPM value of the DC motor according to the volume level of MP3 melody in case of playing the MP3.
[6] The apparatus for notifying mobile phone call as claimed in claim 1, wherein the body movement of the housing in shape of doll can produce diverse dance movements according to the combination of the gear box.
[7] The apparatus for notifying mobile phone call as claimed in claim 1, wherein input terminal of the micom is installed outside of the housing in shape of doll to additionally install the housing stop button to stop body movement of the housing in shape of doll by force based on the selection of user.
[8] The apparatus for notifying mobile phone call as claimed in claim 1, wherein the housing in shape of doll is implemented to be worn in form of necklace or around the ear.

[15] A method for notifying mobile phone call for the apparatus for notifying mobile phone call comprising housing in shape of doll; wire/wireless transmitter and receiver; volume level detector; memory saved of volume level/RPM table; micom; hands-free comprising earphone, mike and call connection button; DC motor; and gear box, comprising the steps of: step 301, the micom receives the audio signal relevant to playing of MP3 from the wire/ wireless transmitter and receiver and outputs to the hands-free simultaneously with receiving the value of volume level of the audio signal from the volume level detector; step 302, the micom reads the volume level/RPM table saved to the memory and acquires value of motor RPM corresponding to current audio volume level; step 303, the micom controls the RPM of the DC motor to the speed appropriate for current audio volume level and moves the housing in shape of doll; step 304, the micom compares value of volume level of audio signal input real-time through the volume level detector and value of volume level/RPM table saved to the memory to determine maintenance or change in current RPM value; step 305, the micom progresses the step 304 once again in case current RPM value in the step 304 is to be maintained or controls the operation speed of the DC motor to the RPM value appropriate for volume level of current input audio signal to change the movement speed of the housing in shape of doll when change is necessary; step 306, the micom determines whether the housing stop button of the hands-free is turned on or not; and step 307, the micom progresses the step 305 once again when the housing stop button of the hands-free is not turned on in the step 306 or automatically stops the operation of the DC motor to stop the body movement of the housing in shape of doll when button is turned on.
[16] The method for notifying mobile phone call as claimed in claim 15, wherein the audio signal relevant to MP3 playing of the mobile phone in the step 301 includes the various musics, English conversations and various voice audios.
[17] The method for notifying mobile phone call as claimed in claim 15, wherein body movement of the housing in shape of doll in the step 303 can produce diverse dance movements according to combination of the gear box under the control of the micom.
