Abstract
L'invention concerne un réactif de marquage d'une biomolécule qui est sûr pour un composant de corps vivant, tel qu'une cellule vivante ou un tissu vivant, et qui présente une performance électroluminescente élevée et pouvant être détecté avec une sensibilité élevée. Un système de détection d'une biomolécule utilisant le réactif est également décrit. Un réactif de marquage d'une biomolécule est spécifiquement décrit et comprend un point quantique fluorescent qui donne un résultat négatif dans le test d'Ames et une valeur de PII (une valeur d'irritation de peau) de 1,0 ou moins.
