Abstract

 本発明は、無線中継システムにおける再送制御技術に関し、無線中継システムにおける再送処理の遅延を抑制することを目的とする。そのため、本発明では、RS(2)において、過去の送信データに対するMS(3)からの受信結果が受信失敗(NAK)であると、新規データ(#2)送信のための無線リソースの割当情報を基に過去の送信データ(#1)を再送するための第2の割当情報を生成して、当該第2の割当情報と前記過去の送信データ(#1)とをMS(3)へ送信するとともに(A13,A14)、前記新規データ(#2)をバッファする。
