现有可进行调节的灯具大都为室内使用的台灯, 其光源多采用白炽灯。 虽然此种 台灯可连续调节灯光的明暗, 但光线颜色单调, 而且白炽灯发光效率低、 寿命短、 易 发热, 容易产生安全隐患。 因此有一种采用 LED作为发光体的方案, 如中国专利公告 号为 CN2794101Y的 LED台灯调光装置, 其控制电路包括单片机、 多个开关和电阻以 及三极管等零部件, 电路极其复杂, 虽然调光效果好, 但针对普通台灯完全没有必要, 其精确的调光装置根本派不上用场, 只会增加操作的复杂程度和制作成本, 而导致该 产品没有市场价值。 发明内容
本发明有鉴于上述技术问题而提供一种可调色温的 LED灯, 它电路结构简单, 操 作方便, 成本低, 具有较好的市场价值。
为达到上述目的, 本发明采用了以下的技术方案: 一种可调色温的 LED灯, 它包 括灯头和灯座, 灯头内有光源, 灯座内有控制电路和电源, 灯座外设有调节旋扭, 其 特征在于所述光源由预置在铝基板上的至少二个 LED组构成, 单个 LED组由发相同 色温的光的 LED构成,不同 LED组之间的 LED发出不同色温的光,所述每个 LED组 都串联有一个控制电路, 所述控制电路包括串联在一起的可调电阻及恒流源, 所述可 调电阻受调节旋扭控制, 所述单个 LED组之间并联联接, 所述 LED组有二个, 所述 两组 LED分别为发正白光的 LED和发暖白光的 LED。
与背景技术里所提到的方案相比, 本发明采用 LED代替常规的白炽灯, 实现了光 源的长寿命、 高功效和低消耗; 采用可调电阻与恒流源调节 LED的工作状态, 达到调 节色温的目的, 其电路简单易实施, 成本低。

本发明主要包括灯头 1和灯座 2, 灯头 1内安装有光源 3, 灯座 2内设置有控制 电路 6和电源 7, 在灯座 2上设有调节旋扭 5, 如照图 1所示。 光源 3是由预置在铝基 板 31上的 LED组 4构成的, 其中单个 LED组内的所有 LED都是发相同色温的光, 而不同的 LED组之间的 LED则发不同色温的光。 本发明在此列举一个实施例, 即只 有二个 LED组的方案, 第一个 LED组 41内的 LED全都发正白光, 而第二个 LED组 42内的 LED全都发暖白光, 第一个 LED组 41与第二个 LED组 42之间的 LED则是 发不同色温的光, 这样才能将两者所发的光进行混光, 而最终得到不同色温的光。 事 实上可以有多个 LED组进行混光而得到更多种的混光效果。
如图 2中所示, 每一个 LED组 4都串联有一个控制电路 6, 然后全部的 LED组 4 及其串联的控制电路 6再并联接到电源 7上, 电源 7提供低压直流电, 控制电路 6主 要包括串联在一起的可调电阻 61和恒流源 62, 而每个可调电阻 61都受到调节旋扭 5 的控制, 达到联动调节的目的。通过拧动调节旋扭 5来改变可调电阻 61的阻值, 不同 的可调电阻 61被调节时其阻值变化趋势相反, 以改变提供给恒流源 62的电压, 使其 改变输出电流, 来改变 LED组 4的亮度。 多个发不同色温的 LED组发出亮度不同的 光, 进行混光后可以得出多种不同色温的光, 这样就能达到本发明调节色温的目的。
本发明可适用于台灯、 床头灯、 壁灯等地方, 其结构简单, 成本低, 可安置于所 有需要经常进行调节照明光线的色温的场合。
