Abstract

A clamp engaging structure which, by the use of a simple structure, reliably engages and fixes a clamp of a fixation member to a through-hole of a fixation receiving member. The clamp engaging structure (10) has the clamp (2) erected on the fixation member (1) and having formed on it an elastic engagement wing (21), and also has the fixation receiving member (3) having the through-hole (31) formed in it. The engagement wing (21) of the clamp (2) is inserted against its elasticity into the through-hole (31) of the fixation receiving member (3) to engage the clamp (2) with the though-hole (31). At least one projection (31a) is formed in the through-hole (31) so as to project inward of the through-hole (31). Relative rotation prevention means causes the projection (31a) to be engaged with the clamp (2) to prevent rotation of the clamp (2) relative to the through-hole (31).
