Abstract

It is intended to provide an apparatus for refolding a protein effective in refolding (i.e., functionally potentiating) a protein produced by Escherichia coli, etc. which is inactive because of the lack of high-order structure or an inactivated protein the steric structure of which has been changed for some reason. Namely, an apparatus for refolding protein which is provided at least with a column for refolding a protein packed with a column packing for refolding a protein containing granulated zeolite having the BEA structure (zeolite beta) is provided.
