Abstract
自機を識別するために割り当てられた移動機識別子(MAC-ID)を基地局10から受信し、移動機識別子を保持したまま、移動機17を省電力にする半接続状態(Semi Connected State)への遷移を許可する情報(Semi Connected Permit MAC-ID List)を基地局10から受信し、自機を半接続状態への遷移させると判定した場合に、受信した半接続状態への遷移を許可する情報と、自機に割り当てられた移動機識別子に基づいて、自機を半接続状態へ遷移するための要求(Semi Connected Start Request)を基地局10に送信する。
