Abstract

　本発明は、耐圧チャンバーに殺虫処理の対象物を入れ、（i）－０．１０１３ＭＰａ～－０．０５ＭＰａまで減圧する減圧処理、（ii）次いで、二酸化炭素を０．６ＭＰａ以上１．０ＭＰａ以下の圧力まで封入し、当該加圧状態を１５～９０分間保持する加圧処理、（iii）次いで、二酸化炭素を常圧まで放出する復圧処理を行い、その後、前記の（i）減圧処理、（ii）加圧処理及び（iii）復圧処理を１回以上繰り返すことを特徴とする害虫防除法；並びに対象物中に生息する害虫を減圧処理、加圧処理及び復圧処理、並びに加圧処理中の温度制御により殺虫する装置であって、対象物を収納する耐圧チャンバーと、当該耐圧チャンバー内を負圧にする減圧手段と、当該耐圧チャンバー内に二酸化炭素を充填して加圧するガス供給手段と、設定圧力から負圧までの減圧手段と、当該耐圧チャンバー内の温度を制御する温度制御手段とを備えることを特徴とする害虫防除装置に関する。
