如图 1、 图 2所示, 现有技术中的嵌板式柜门整体由门边框 2组合成的框 架构成, 框架中空部分插接门芯板 1, 它们的正面结合处设有扣线 30, 如图 2 所示。 由于它们是插接组合而成的, 且木紋的方向不一致, 这样, 如果该柜门 是整体喷漆的, 由于门芯板干燥收縮,其插在门边框 2里未喷漆的部分会露出 来, 同时导致设在其上扣线 30变形, 影响整体的美观效果和使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术中存在的问题, 提供了一种仿嵌板式柜门 , 其 目的在于解决传统嵌板式柜门由于门芯板干燥收縮,其插在门边框里未喷漆的 部分会露出来,同时导致设在其上扣线变形,影响整体的美观效果和使用寿命, 以及制造成本高等方面存在的问题。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种仿嵌板式柜门的加工方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种仿嵌板式柜门, 其整个柜门为一整张基板, 基板的正面设置有若干组 为仿制门芯板而设置的凹槽,每组凹槽及其以内部分为仿制门芯板部分,每组 凹槽以外为仿门边框部分,每组扣线分别粘贴在对应的为伉制 芯板部分霄设 置的每组凹槽的四边,基板的正面仿门边框部分表面粘贴门边框贴面,在基板 的仿门芯板位置粘贴曲面门芯板贴面盖住全部仿门芯板部分,在基板背面粘贴 平衡贴面。 所述的基板的四边粘贴封边条。

其加工方法包括下述步骤:
首先基板的四边粘贴封边条; 在基板上加工出仿门芯板的凹槽, 然后在工 艺槽的位置上加工出比工艺槽略小的加工槽,在每组仿门芯板位置上的加工槽 以内的部分涂胶,粘贴曲面门芯板贴面, 曲面门芯板贴面略大于每组加工槽以 内的部分, 在仿门边框表面粘贴门边框贴面, 加工出工艺槽, 再将整个柜门的 四边加工完毕,将每组扣线组合成框后粘贴在对应的每组工艺槽内,完成整个 柜门的加工。
本发明的优点效果如下:
本发明由于整个柜门为一整张基板, 门芯板、 门边框是通过凹槽仿制的, 它们本身是一体的, 门芯板无法单独变形,从而从根本上解决了由于门芯板干 燥收縮,其插在门边框里未喷漆的部分会露出来,同时导致设在其上扣线变形, 影响整体的美观效果和使用寿命等方面存在的问题。
同时,本发明其整体效果美观、使用寿命长、制造成本低,利于推广应用。 附图说明 图 1是本发明现有技术的整体外形图;

其加工方法, 如图 3— 4所示, 首先基板 10的四边粘贴封边条 11 ; 在基 板 10上加工出仿门芯板的凹槽 40, 然后在工艺槽 71的位置上加工出比工艺 槽 71略小的加工槽 72, 在每组仿门芯板位置上的加工槽 72以内的部分涂胶, 粘贴曲面门芯板贴面 70, 曲面门芯板贴面 70略大于每组加工槽 72以内的部 分, 在仿门边框 20表面粘贴门边框贴面 22, 加工出工艺槽 71 , 再将整个 柜门的四边加工完毕, 将每组扣线 30组合成框后粘贴在对应的每组工艺槽 71 内, 完成整个柜门的加工。

1、 一种仿嵌板式柜门, 包括有: 若干组扣线 (30), 整个柜门为一整张基 板 (10), 基板 (10) 的正面设置有若干组为仿制门芯板而设置的凹槽 (40), 每组凹槽(40)及其以内部分为仿制门芯板部分, 每组凹槽(40) 以外部分为 仿门边框部分(20), 每组扣线(30)分别粘贴在对应的为仿制门芯板部分而 设置的每组凹槽(40) 的四边, 其特征在于: 基板(10) 的正面仿门边框部分

6、 加工权利要求 1所述的一种仿嵌板式柜门的加工方法, 其特征在于包 括下述步骤: 首先基板 (10) 的四边粘贴封边条 (11 ); 在基板 (10) 上加工 出仿门芯板的凹槽(40), 然后在工艺槽(71 ) 的位置上加工出比工艺槽(71 ) 略小的加工槽(72), 在每组仿门芯板位置上的加工槽(72) 以内的部分涂胶, 粘贴曲面门芯板贴面 (70), 曲面门芯板贴面 (70) 略大于每组加工槽 (72) 以内的部分,在仿门边框(20)表面粘贴门边框贴面(22),加工出工艺槽(71 ) , 再将整个柜门的四边加工完毕, 将每组扣线(30)组合成框后粘贴在对应的每 组工艺槽 (71 ) 内, 完成整个柜门的加工。
