The amphibious all-terrain vehicle has a roof provided with a protective cloth for the user protecting it from the weather conditions. The amphibious all-terrain vehicle has a propulsion system consisting of a crank followed by a transmission shaft coupled to gimbals to move a protected propeller. It can be of muscular or electric propulsion. According to the invention the amphibious all terrain vehicle, a user can access the beach and swimming with the intermediary of a person. Access to the beach is made easy thanks to the off-road concept and the help of a person. Access to bathing is made possible by the amphibious all-terrain vehicle following the concept for launch transfer assistance.
The main part is a large U-shaped float Figure 2 (1) made in one piece for intensive use in different materials stainless steel, pvc, polyester, carbon fiber.
