Abstract

A method of communication between a primary station and at least one secondary station, comprising, at the primary station, carrying out repeated transmissions of a data packet to the secondary station, at the secondary station, decoding the repeated transmissions of the data packet, and transmitting a report to the primary station, said report being based on the number of transmissions required to decode correctly the data packet, and at the primary station, modifying a transmission repetition parameter based on the report.
