进一步地, 所述步骤 c中, 若所述用户指定的业务类型为下载类型, 电 子服务指南浏览器遍历所述会话描述协议信息链表的各个节点,若当前节点 的成员特性类型为下载类型, 则返回所述当前会话描述协议节点, 否则取得 所述会话描述协议信息链表中的下一个节点,若所述链表中没有成员特性类 型为下载类型的会话描述协议节点则返回所述链表中第一个会话描述协议 节点, 将该节点对应的会话描述协议文件作为用户所需的会话描述协议文 件。
进一步地, 所述步骤 c中, 若所述用户指定的业务类型为其他类型, 电 子服务指南浏览器返回所述会话描述协议信息链表的第一个会话描述协议 节点, 将该节点对应的会话描述协议文件作为用户所需的会话描述协议文 件。 进一步地, 所述成员特性类型与业务类型相匹配是指: 当所述业务类型 为电视时, 成员特性类型若包括视频类型则与所述业务类型相匹配; 当所述 业务类型为广播时, 成员特性类型若为音频类型则与所述业务类型相匹配。
进一步地,所述根据当前节点的内容媒体类型设置所述节点的内容媒体 类型优先级别是根据所述内容媒体类型的常用性设置优先级别,越常用的对 应的优先级别越大。
综上所述,本发明提供了一种数字电视广播手持设备的会话描述协议文 件的获取方法, 可使手机电视在复杂的 ESG信息中快速、 准确地获取用户 选择业务频道所需的 SDP文件, 以实现相关的业务, 从而提高了 DVB-H手 机电视的整体性能。 附图概述

本发明的较佳实施方式
本发明提供一种数字电视广播手持设备的会话描述协议文件的获取方 法, 数字电视广播手持设备中包括有 ESG引擎和 ESG浏览器等相关的功能 模块。 ESG引擎通过借助获取段中的辅助属性信息(如音频、视频、下载等) 来选取该频道正确的 SDP文件。
下面将结合附图及实施例对本发明的技术方案进行更详细的说明。
如图 1所示, 本实施例基本分为三个阶段的处理, 即 SDP接收阶段的 处理、 SDP查询阶段的处理和 SDP决策阶段的处理。
其中, SDP的接收处理是在 ESG引擎接收 ESG信息的过程中进行的。 在 ESG信息中, 与 SDP相关的信息包含在业务段和获取段里, 因此当 ESG 引擎收到一个业务段时, 需将该段所有的获取段 ID号保存下来。 而当 ESG 引擎收到一个获取段时, 需将该段中内嵌的 SDP文件截取出来保存在本地 文件系统中, 同时记录下与 SDP相关的辅助属性信息。
如图 2所示,是本实施例方法在 DVB-H手机电视 SDP获取的接收阶段 相关处理步骤, 具体包括:
步骤 101 : 当 ESG引擎接收到一个 ESG数据段, 根据其中的段类型标 识判断数据段是否为 ESG业务段, 是则执行步骤 102, 否则执行步骤 103; 步驟 102: 记录该 ESG业务段中所有获取段的 ID号, 并以链表形式保 存下来, 执行步骤 105;
步骤 103: 判断该 ESG数据段是否为 ESG获取段, 是则执行步骤 104, 否则执行步骤 105;
步驟 104:将该获取段中内嵌的 SDP文件截取出来保存在本地文件系统 中, 并记录该 ESG获取段与 SDP相关的辅助属性信息, 保存在该获取段数 据结构中;
步骤 105: 判断是否已处理完所有的 ESG数据段, 是则结束, 否则返回 步骤 101。
所述 ESG获取段数据结构可定义如下:
(1)获取段 ID号;
(2)获取段成员描迷类型结构 ,业务段可能对应有多个获取段,一个获取 段就是一个成员;
(3)获取段的内容媒体类型;
内容媒体类型 ( contentMimeType, Specifies the content type from which the terminal can determine the consuming application of the service )包含在获耳又 段中,指从终端取得的需要消费的业务的内容类型,即用户选择的消费类型, 如电视、 广播、 文件下载等。 (4)指向下一个 ESG获取段结构。
在上面的数据结构中获取段成员描述类型的数据结构可定义如下: (1)成员特性类型结构;
(2)该成员对应的 SDP文件路径名;
(3)指向下一个成员描述类型结构。
以上 3项组成了一个 SDP文件的对应信息, 在一个获取段中可能包括 一个或多个 SDP文件的上述信息。
在上面结构中成员特性类型的数据结构定义如下:
( 1 )该成员特性对应的一个成员枚举类型;
( 2 )指向该成员特性的下一个成员枚举类型;
本实施例中, 该成员枚举类型包括:
a视频类型;
b音频类型;
c文件下载类型;
d其它类型。
一个获取段只对应一个内容媒体类型,一个获取段包含一个或多个成员 描述类型, 一个成员描述类型又包含一个或多个成员特性类型。 例如:

在本实施例中, 各获取段的数据结构以链表形式关联,但本发明不局限 于某种具体的数据结构和保存方式, 只要有需要的信息即可。
其次, 本实施例 SDP的查询过程是当用户在手机电视上选择某个业务 频道中某个类型的业务进行消费时, ESG浏览器将该频道对应的业务 ID号 发送给 ESG引擎进行该业务所需的 SDP文件查询。 ESG引擎接收到业务 ID 号后通过查找并遍历对应的每个获取段数据结构, 将在第一步 SDP接收阶 段中保存的 SDP相关信息构造成一个 SDP信息链表返回给 ESG浏览器;如 图 3所示, 该查询阶段的相关处理步骤具体包括:
步骤 201: 当用户在手机电视上选择某个业务频道中某个类型的业务进 行消费时, ESG浏览器将该频道对应的业务 ID号发送给 ESG引擎进行 SDP 查询;
步骤 202: ESG引擎接收到业务 ID号后查找到该业务 ID号对应的所有 获取段 ID号, 在业务段中包含了该业务段对应的一个或多个获取段的 ID; 步驟 203: ESG引擎遍历每个获取段 ID号, 将在接收阶段保存的相应 获取段的相关信息构造成一个 SDP查询结果的信息链表, 该信息链表中每 个节点对应一个 SDP文件及其相关的辅助属性信息, 每个节点的数据结构 定义如下:
(1)该 SDP文件的绝对路径及其文件名;
(2)该 SDP的成员特性类型结构;
(3)该 SDP对应的内容媒体类型;
(4)指向下一个 SDP查询结果的节点;
再次, 本实施例 ESG浏覓器接收到 ESG引擎返回的 SDP信息链表后, 需要决策链表中哪个节点中的 SDP文件是用户在手机电视上选择的业务所 需要的。 根据 SDP文件的生成规则, 一个业务 ID对应的 SDP信息链表中, 只有一个 SDP节点的文件与用户所选择业务的业务类型相匹配。 如用户选 择的业务类型为电视时,成员特性类型中有视频时则认为两者相匹配, 如用 户选择的业务类型为广播时, 成员特性类型有音频时认为两者相匹配, 如用 户选择的业务类型为下载时, 成员特性类型为下载时认为两者相匹配。
ESG获取段中辅助属性数据有时候并不完整,例如有时服务器端为了提 高 ESG发送效率, 只提供了部分辅助属性(辅助属性只包含在 ESG获取段 中, 与 SDP文件中本身的数据结构没有关系) , ESG引擎可能会错误地选 择 SDP文件, 造成不能实现用户选择的业务, 本发明还针对该问题提出了 设置 SDP文件的内容媒体类型优先级别, 当辅助属性信息不完整时返回最 如图 4所示, 决策阶段的处理过程如下所述:
步骤 301: 确定用户选择的业务类型, 并设置初始的 SDP节点的内容媒 体类型优先级别为最小, 比如可以但不限于设为 0;
业务类型包含在业务段中, 一般是指业务段的类型, 如电视、 广播、 下 载以及其它类型(如在线投票)等, 一个业务频道可对应于一个或多个业务 类型。
步驟 302: 取得 SDP查询结果的信息链表中的第一个节点; 步骤 303: 判断用户选择的业务类型是否属于电视, 若是执行步骤 304, 否则执行步骤 307;
步骤 304: 判断该 SDP节点上的成员特性类型是否为空, 即 ESG数据 本身有没有携带成员特性类型信息, 如果为空, 则执行步骤 305, 否则执行 步骤 306;
步骤 305:根据该节点的内容媒体类型确定当前 SDP节点的内容媒体类 型优先级别 ,并保存或更新与业务类型对应的当前最大的内容媒体类型优先 级别及其对应的 SDP节点编号, 执行步骤 311;
因用户在指定业务类型时一般只指定大致类型, 如指定电视、广播或下 载类型, 而电视或广播类型又存在很多子类型, 因此有必要根据 SDP节点 的内容媒体类型设置该节点内容媒体类型优先级别。
节点的媒体类型优先级根据该节点的内容媒体类型 (contentMimeType) 的常用性来设置, 如可将当地网络 ESG中最常用的如" video/mpeg4-generic" (视频 / mpeg4编码)等内容媒体类型的优先级别设为最高, 可以但不限于 将该类节点的媒体类型的优先级设为 1 , 较常用的如" application/mpeg-laser (应用 / mpeg编码) "等内容媒体类型的优先级别次之, 可以但不限于将该 类节点的媒体类型的优先级设为 0.5, 最不常用的如 "application/octet-stream (应用 /8位流) "等内容媒体类型的优先级别最低, 可以但不限于将该类节 点的媒体类型的优先级设为 0.1。
步骤 306: 遍历该节点的成员特性类型的所有成员枚举类型, 判断是否 有成员特性类型属于视频, 是则执行步驟 309; 否则执行步驟 311;
步驟 307: 判断用户选择的业务类型是否属于下载类型, 若是执行步骤 308, 否则执行步骤 310;
步骤 308: 遍历该节点的成员特性类型的所有成员枚举类型, 判断是否 有成员特性类型属于下载类型, 是则执行步骤 309, 否则执行步骤 311; 步骤 309: 返回该 SDP节点, 将该节点上对应的 SDP文件作为用户业 务需要的 SDP, 结束;
下载类型是比较特殊的一种类型, 类型单一, 不像电视或广播类型会有 很多子类型, 因此, 若业务类型和成员特性类型都是下载类型, 则说明业务 类型和成员特性类型完全兼容, 那么该 SDP 节点肯定是该业务所需要的 SDP。
步驟 310: 若业务类型属于其它类型, 直接返回该 SDP节点, 将该节点 上对应的 SDP文件作为其它类型业务需要的 SDP, 并结束;
这里其他业务类型是指电视、广播和下载以外的类型(如在线投票等), 这些类型的业务段本身只对应一个获取段, 而且该获取段很简单, 就是一个 SDP文件, 即该类型只有一个节点, 所以在此就结束了。
步骤 311 : 取得 SDP查询结果的信息链表中的下一个节点, 若下一个节 点不为空, 则执行步骤 304, 否则执行步驟 312;
步骤 312: 返回最大内容媒体类型优先级别对应的 SDP节点, 将该节点 上对应的 SDP文件作为用户选择业务需要的 SDP, 并结束。
在 ESG中, 业务类型是下载类型的是比较特殊的一类, 如果一个业务 段对应多个 SDP,肯定有对应的成员特性类型为下载类型的 SDP; 如果没有 特别标明成员特性类型为下载类型,那么该情况肯定是该业务段只对应一个 获取段, 该获取段只对应一个 SDP, 该 SDP节点即为用户所需的节点。
当业务类型为广播时, 其判断逻辑及操作流程与业务类型为电视时类 似, 只是当业务类型为广播时, 若节点的成员特性类型有音频类型则认为与 业务类型匹配。
当然, 本发明还可有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的 形, 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
本发明的方法并不是完全就保证能全部一次性找到正确的 SDP,但是一 种最优化的方法, 即尽可能利用当前网络中的已有信息来找到正确的 SDP。
工业实用性
本发明方法能在复杂的 ESG信息中能够快速、 准确地获取用户所需的 SDP文件, 同时在 ESG获取段辅助属性(如成员特性) 不完整的情况下也 能实现 SDP文件选取的正确性, 从而正常地实现相关的业务。 本发明方法 克服了常规方法依次输入该业务频道对应的 SDP文件, 直到获取到一个正 确的 SDP文件为止的弊端, 大大提高 DVB-H手机电视的整体性能。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种数字电视广播手持设备的会话描述协议文件的获取方法,包括: a、 数字电视广播手持设备接收电子服务指南信息的过程中, 将其中的 会话描述协议文件及其相关的辅助属性信息保存在本地文件系统;
b、 用户选择业务频道并指定业务类型, 所述数字电视广播手持设备根 据所述业务频道的业务标识查询到其对应的会话描述协议文件信息及其相 关的辅助属性信息;
c、 所述数字电视广播手持设备从查询到的所有会话描述协议文件信息 及其相关的辅助属性信息中,选择辅助属性信息与所述业务类型相匹配的会 话描述协议文件作为用户所需的会话描述协议文件。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于:
所述步骤 a中,所述数字电视广播手持设备中的电子服务指南引擎收到 一个业务段时,保存所述业务段中所有获取段标识号, 当电子服务指南引擎 收到一个获取段时,将所述获取段中内嵌的会话描述协议文件截取出来保存 在本地文件系统中该获取段的数据结构中,同时在该数据结构中记录下与所 述会话描述协议相关的辅助属性信息。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于:
所述步驟 b中,所述电子服务指南引擎根据所述业务标识查找到对应的 获取段并遍历这些获取段的数据结构,将各获取段中的会话描述协议文件信 息及其相关辅助属性信息生成一会话描述协议信息链表,每个获取段作为链 表中的一个节点,然后将所述会话描述协议信息链表返回给所述数字电视广 播手持设备中的电子服务指南浏览器。
4、 如权利要求 1至 3任一权利要求所述的方法, 其特征在于: 所述会话描述协议文件信息包括会话描述协议文件的绝对路径及其文 件名;
所述相关辅助属性信息包括会话描述协议的成员特性类型信息。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于:
所述业务类型包括电视、 广播、 下载及其他类型;
所述成员特性类型包括视频、 音频、 下载及其他类型;
所述内容媒体类型包括电视、 广播、 下载及其他类型。

所述相关辅助属性信息还包括会话描述协议文件对应的内容媒体类型; 若所述用户指定的业务类型为电视类型,当所述会话描述协议信息链表 中没有成员特性类型与所述业务类型相匹配的会话描述协议节点时,电子服 务指南浏览器返回电视类型中最大内容媒体类型优先级别的会话描述协议 节点, 将该节点对应的会话描述协议文件作为用户所需的会话描述协议文 件;
若所述用户指定的业务类型为广播类型,当所述会话描述协议信息链表 中没有成员特' 1·生类型与所述业务类型相匹配的会话描述协议节点时,电子服 务指南浏览器返回广播类型中最大内容媒体类型优先级别的会话描述协议 节点, 将该节点对应的会话描述协议文件作为用户所需的会话描述协议文 件。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于:
若所述用户指定的业务类型为电视类型,当所述会话描述协议信息链表 中有成员特性类型与所述业务类型相匹配的会话描述协议节点时,电子^ ^务 指南浏览器返回所述成员特性类型与业务类型相匹配的会话描述协议节点, 将该节点对应的会话描述协议文件作为用户所需的会话描述协议文件;
若所述用户指定的业务类型为广播类型,当所述会话描述协议信息链表 中有成员特性类型与所述业务类型相匹配的会话描述协议节点时,电子^ R务 指南浏览器返回所述成员特性类型与业务类型相匹配的会话描述协议节点, 将该节点对应的会话描述协议文件作为用户所需的会话描述协议文件。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于:

所述成员特性类型与业务类型相匹配是指: 当所述业务类型为电视时, 成员特性类型若包括视频类型则与所述业务类型相匹配; 当所述业务类型为 广播时, 成员特性类型若为音频类型则与所述业务类型相匹配。
12、 如权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于:
所述根据当前节点的内容媒体类型设置所述节点的内容媒体类型优先 级别是根据所述内容媒体类型的常用性设置优先级别,越常用的对应的优先 级别越大。
