[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] There are provided asbestos removing measures for removing asbestos without demolition of buildings with asbestos, comprising a nozzle fittable face to face with a surface of asbestos, a gas tank with compressor for feeding a gas for level difference via a flow rate regulator to the nozzle, a dry ice supply source for likewise feeding dry ice via another flow rate regulator and a mixer for mixing the gas with the dry ice and feeding the mixture to the nozzle.
