Abstract

System to optimize the air-conditioning of an automobile comprising of a motor or a band operated device (1,3) or combination thereof, to wind and unwind at least one partition (2) within an automobile so as to reduce forced air circulating volume. The partition (2) may be either along the length or along the breadth or combination thereof. There may be a duct on the roof so as to improve circulation of air within the partitioned area. The ducts can be further rearranged in case of horizontal partition or combination thereof. The system will further comprise of detecting means (6) to detect persons sitting in the automobile and selectively decide to reduce the volume of the air circulation area. Said partition is designed to sustain recurring use. Partition is actuated once the air conditioner/warmer is stopped and the partition unwinds automatically.
