　通信上の大きな遅延や品質劣化が生じているとの認識を回避する。 　フレームを送信する少なくとも１つの第１の通信装置と、前記フレームを受信する第２の通信装置と、前記第１の通信装置と前記第２の通信装置とのリンクバイリンクでの通信を監視する擬似的応答フレーム送信装置とを備える擬似的応答フレーム通信システムであって、前記第１の通信装置は、前記第２の通信装置に送信フレームを送信するフレーム送信手段と、前記第２の通信装置によって送信される確認応答フレームを受信する確認応答フレーム受信手段と、を備え、前記第２の通信装置は、前記第１の通信装置から前記送信フレームを受信すると、前記確認応答フレームを送信する確認応答フレーム送信手段を備え、前記擬似的応答フレーム送信装置は、前記第１の通信装置が送信する前記送信フレームを監視する監視手段と、前記監視手段による監視結果から、擬似的応答フレーム送信条件に基づいて、擬似的な応答フレームを生成し、当該擬似的な応答フレームを前記第１の通信装置に送信する擬似的応答フレーム送信手段と、を備える。
