Abstract

　本発明は、細胞を培養する培養容器が収容される培養装置に関し、観察ステージの所定の位置に培養容器用ホルダーを確実に位置決めすることを目的とする。 　培養容器用ホルダーを載置する試料台と、前記試料台を移動可能に支持してなるベース部材とからなる観察ステージを備えた培養装置において、前記試料台に配置され、前記培養容器用ホルダーの側壁に形成された凹部に係合する回転摺動部材と、前記培養容器用ホルダーの前記凹部に対向した側壁に当接して前記培養容器用ホルダーを前記回転摺動部材側に付勢する付勢手段とを備え、前記回転摺動部材と前記凹部は、前記付勢手段の付勢力を受けて前記培養容器用ホルダーを前記試料台の定位置に位置決めすることを特徴とする。
