Abstract
L'invention concerne des équipements anti-incendie et peut s'utiliser pour éteindre toutes sortes d'incendies. L'extincteur à poudre et à gaz comprend un boîtier (1) contenant une substance d'extinction (9) se présentant comme une poudre inhibitrice de combustion et un gaz propulseur flegmatisant, ainsi qu'un robinet de lancement (3) monté sur la bouteille (1), un tube à siphon (2) et une canalisation d'amenée de la substance d'extinction jusqu'au distributeur (5). La poudre inhibitrice de combustion et le gaz propulseur flegmatisant sont placés dans une même bouteille sous une pression de 1,2 à 30 MPa, avec un rapport des volumes de poudre et de gaz dans des conditions normales entre 1:100 et 1:2000. Le robinet de lancement (3) est relié via la canalisation d'amenée et le diffuseur au distributeur (5), ce dernier possédant une surface globale des orifices de sortie égale à 0,4 - 0,95 de la surface de la canalisation entrant dans le diffuseur et peut se présenter comme un cylindre. L'invention permet de réduire le coefficient de complexité de construction et de consommation de métal tout en augmentant la fiabilité, la rapidité d'action et la capacité d'extinction d'un extincteur à poudre.
