Abstract

An air conditioning apparatus (10a) is managed from remote places by a remote management server (30). An adaptor (20a) connected to the air conditioning apparatus (10a) is provided with a first receiving section (21c) and a first transmitting section (21a). The first receiving section (21c) receives a callback request. The first transmitting section (21a) transmits a callback response, which requests a control command to be transmitted as a response to the callback request, to a remote management server (30) previously registered as a callback destination. Thus, the control command can be safely transmitted from the remote management server (30) to the air conditioning apparatus (10a).
