Abstract
In an air-cooled heat pump chiller, a plurality of pairs of heat exchangers (1A-1F) are arranged between both air inlets (15) in a main body casing (11) having the air inlets (15) on the opposite side portions. The heat exchangers (1A-1F) constituting each pair of heat exchangers are arranged in V-shape. An air outlet (16) is formed at a position on the upper surface of the main body casing (11) above each pair of heat exchangers (1A-1F), and a fan is disposed inside of the air outlet (16). A wind velocity reduction means (A) is provided at each air inlet (15) in order to reduce the wind velocity of air sucked from the air inlet (15). Wind velocity distribution of the heat exchangers (1A-1F) is made uniform substantially and vertical diversion of air flow is improved in each of the heat exchangers (1A-1F).
