Abstract
A technique of providing a shared path information acquiring method by which the shared state of a communication path can be grasped and communication in a new session can be ensured by distributing a QoS resource of a shared communication path according to the path shared state. According to the technique, the method includes a step at which a new communication terminal (124) transmits a signaling to a mobile terminal (100), a step at which a relay node receiving the signaling adds identification information for identifying itself to the signaling and forwards them, and a step at which, when receiving the signaling and the added relay nodeidentification information, the mobile terminal creates and acquires shared path information according to the received signaling.
