Abstract
On considère que l'énergie hydraulique est le meilleur procédé pour générer de l'électricité. La mise au point d'un barrage de faible hauteur dépend de la forme d'électricité générée (mer, lacs, océans), l'eau recouvrant plus de 70 % de la terre, et cette mise au point pour le barrage de faible hauteur, construit sous le niveau de la mer, dépend de la construction d'une zone d'air avec une pression fixe dans les constructions de barrage (zone de travail). La zone inférieure contient des tuyaux spéciaux qui coulissent de haut en bas, et le procédé de drainage s'effectue sous la pression de l'air et la pesanteur terrestre à la zone de travail. L'eau, qui provient du barrage, correspond à la même quantité d'eau en provenance de la chambre de turbine.
