目前, 世界上每年要进行上百万次的内窥镜腹腔手术, 其中超过 50 %的妇科手术是内窥镜腹腔手术, 并且一般的腹腔手术也可以是内 窥镜腹腔手术。 在世界各国从事内窥镜腹腔手术的医生都清楚地知道, 在病人手术之前需要将 CO2气体注射到腹腔内进行预处理, 手术后用 导管排放 0)2气体, 但是 co2气体却不能达到完全释放, 于是剩余的 CO2气体就会由于刺激隔膜而引发病人胸痛。在手术过程中一般可以通 过抽吸器械来排出腹腔里产生的血液, 但是对肠道内的血液却往往无 法导引出来, 于是这些剩余的血液就可能激发产生骨盆粘连, 造成病 人的痛苦和并发症。 另外, 手术后由于种种原因还可能出现内出血, 往往不容易为医护人员及时发现。 所以, 时至今日, 所有的内窥镜腹 腔手术医生都一定要事先向病人解释内窥镜腹腔手术后将可能产生的 痛苦和并发症, 病人也必须在手术后承受这些无法避免的痛苦和并发 症。 作为一般的引流器械, 国内外已有大量的专利技术, 其中, 中国 实用 新型专利 "一次性腹腔穿刺 引流器 " ( 专利号 : ZL2005200098445.4) 公幵了一种一次性腹腔穿刺引流器, 主要用于解 决现有的穿刺引流器存在的操作繁琐、 使用不便、 不易控制引流速度、 易发生感染等问题, 但是并不能用于腹腔内窥镜腹腔手术。 中国实用 新型专利 "胸腔血气胸引流器" (专利号: ZL200520081846.9 ) 公开 了一种心脏外科手术中的胸腔血气胸引流器, 由穿刺套管针、 引流管、 引流袋组成, 虽然结构简单、 操作方便, 但是并不适用于腹腔内窥镜 腹腔手术, 也解决不了上述内窥镜腹腔手术中和手术后可能出现的问 题, 以及因此给病人带来的痛苦和并发症。 发明内容
