实施例一、 一种计费模式提供方法, 流程如图 1所示, 包括:
A1 接收与业务相关联的计费模式逸择请求; 当 SP有新业务需要发布的时候,通常会登录网络运营商提供的管理系统平 台, 为新业务选择合适的计费模式, 因此, 计费模式选择请求是与特定业务相 关联的;此步骤可通过管理系统向 SP展示一个具有相关内容的用户界面,并获 取 SP在 i 界面上的输入来进行;
A2、 提供与各计费模式相应的计费插件标识;
在本实施^中各种计费模式以插件化的形式独立于管理系统存在,计費插 件的具体实现形式可以是:
文本文件: 可采用 xra 各式, 也可以是自定义的某种格式;
二进制文件: 可采用自定义格式;
链接库文件: 可采用 windows平台下的 .dll文件 > UN〖X平台下的. o文件等; 本文中的计费插件与管理系统之间的关系和一般意义上的插件与其应用 平台之间的关系类似: 插件以某种其应用平台可理解的格式提供信息或功能, 应用平台通过对应的接口加载插件以从中荻.得相应的信息或执行相应的功能; 同类插件可以有不同的具体内容,但是它们都可以由应用平台通过一致的接口 来读取和使用; 因此,、 应用平台可以在保持自身相对稳定的情况下、 通过加载 各种不同的插件来实现丰富的功能;
本实施例中的计费插件可以集中存储在管理系统提供的计费插件存放目 录中, 也可以设置专门的存储器来进行存放 为了将各种计费模式提供给 SP 选择, 可将相应于各计费模式的计费插件的标识通过用户界面进行展示,,计费 插件标识可以仅仅是简单的区別性标识, 为使于理解,也可以是.反映计费.模式 内容的说明性标识, 例如, 通常可采用计费模式的名称 提供计费插件标识的 列表(以下简称计費插件列表)可采用如下两种方式实现:
—种是直接在管理系统中保存与计费模式对应的计费插件标识,此对应关 系的保存可以在将计费插件存入目录的时候以登记的形式进行,这种方式的优 点在于能够迅速调用计费插件列表;
一种是.将计费插件标识作为计费插件提供内容的一部分,管理系统在需要 给出计费插件列表时加载存放 ϋ录中的各个计费插件,通过标准的接口获取计 费插件的计费模式名称, 然后按照一定的颇序进行展示; 这种方式的优点在于 使得与计费插件相关的所有信息都以标准化接口的形式获得,便于系统程序的 规范化设计与管理
A3 , 根据对所述计费插件标识的逸择, 查找相应的计费插件;
此步饗可通过管理系统获馭 Si在上述步饗 A2中提供的计费插件列表界面 上的选择输入来进行; 若管理系统以步骤 A2中的前一种方式提供计费插件列 表, 可根据所保存的被选计费插件标识与计费插件的对应关系进行查找; 若管 理系统以步骤 A2中的后一种方式提供计费插件列表, 则可根据获取被选计費 插件标识时记录的与计费插件的关联来查找相应的计费插件;

通常各种计费模式中都包含需要进行设置的参数, 以形成具体的计费标 准。倒如"包月"计費模式中的 "包月费"参数, "按次 "计费模式中的"单次使用费" 参数等。管理系统可通过标准的接口获取计费插件中与参数设置相关的参数定 义项目 , 展示在用户界面上。
获取参数定义项 的一种简单的接口设置情况是,提供直接获取需要设置 的参数描述项目的接口, 不考虑需要设置的参数数 为更有利于用户使用并 进一步规范接口, 本实施例提供更为优选的接口方案, 即分別采用获取参数数 目的接口和获取参数描述项目的接口, 获取过程包括:
A41 . 加载被选择的计费插件, 通过参数数目接口获取该计费插件的参数 数目;
A42 , 根据所述参数数 ¾通过参数描述接口逐个获取所述计费插件的参数 描述项目;
计费插件提供的参数描述项目主要是对需要设置的参数进行描述,一种简 单的情况是 给出需要设置的各个参数的名称, 因此参数描迷接口可简单设置 为参数名称接口;
为便于用户实际使用, 本实施例提供更为优选的参数描迷接口方案, 即将 参数描述接口设置为参数名称接口和参数数据类型接口:通过参数名称接口获 取所述计费插件的各个参数名称,通过参数数据类型接口获取与所述各个参数 名称对应的参数数据类型;
A.5、 提供所述参数定义项 并接收根据所述参数定义项目进行的参数设 置,保存所迷业务与所迷计费插件标识、所述业务与所述参数设置的关联关系 管理系统可以按照获取的参数数目将获馭的参数描述项目提供给用户,例 如将参数描述项目展示于用户界面, 以此来获取用户的设置输入; 若步骤 A42 中荻取的参数描述仅为参数名称,则接收到的用户的参数设置可能是各种数据 类型, 此时系统可对用户设置的参数值的合法性进行判断和提示; 若步骤 A42 中获取的参数描述包括参数名称和参数数据类型 >则此时接收到的参数设置是 与被允许的参数类型相适应的;
管理系统可以将被定价的业务、用户为该业务选择的计費插件标识以及用 户的参数设置一并关联保存; 当然, 作为可实现的方案之一, 将业务与计费插 件标识, 以及业务与参数设置分别关联保存也是可以的。 需要说明的是, 所称 关联保存应从实质上理解, 即通过保存的关系, 能够从业务获得与之相关的计 费模式和参数设置; 从形式上讲, 既可以保存业务与计费插件标识、 参数设置 直接对应的列表, 也可以用区別性标识取代列表中的一种或几种对象, 通过间 接对应关系实现关联,,
实施例二、 一种卄费模式提供装置, 如图 2所示, 该计费模式提供装置 20 包括: 接收单元 21、 标识提供单元 22 > 査找单元 23、 加载单元 24、 参数定义接 口 25、 设置 /保存单元 26。 其中, 接收单元 21用于接收与业务相关联的计费模 式选择请求, 以及对所迷计费插件标识的选择; 标识提供单元 22, 用于提供与 各计费模式相应的计费插件标识;查找单元 23用于根据对所述计费插件标识的 选择、 查找相应的计费插件; 加载单元 24用于加载所述计费插件; 参教定义接 口 25用于获取所述计费插件的参数定义项目; 设置 /保存单元 26用于提供所迷 参数定义项目并接收根据所述参数定义项目进行的参数设置,保存所迷业务与 所述计费插件标识, 所述业务与所迷参数设置的关联关系。

实施例三、 一种计费方法, 流程如图 3所示, 本实施 是计费模式插件化 在实际计费过.程中的体现, 具体步骤包括:
