Abstract

There is disclosed herein an IV stand hanger assembly (10). The hanger assembly (10) includes a first part (12) adapted for fixed connection to a hospital bed and a second part (14) adapted for fixed connection to an IV stand. The first part (12) may include a male member (16), which may extend substantially vertically upwardly to define a free distal end (17). The second part (14) may include a female member (18) with an opening (19) engageable by the male member (16) to interconnect the first (12) and second (14) parts.
