Abstract

A faςade element, especially a board, consists of an external lining layer joined with a plastic insulating layer. The insulating layer (3) is shaped from formed polyurethane foam and is integrated with the external layer (2), while inside the insulating layer (3) there is a mounting assembly in a form of a grip supporting structure (4) containing minimum one section (9) with transversely connected bars (10). Each section (9), at least on its one end protrudes beyond the outline of the faςade element. The shaped faςade element is a self-supporting structure. The faςade element is shaped in an initially prepared mould. The grip supporting structure is placed on the external layer, next polyurethane foam is poured into the mould, the mould is closed and the polyurethane hardens; then a ready-made self- supporting faςade element is taken out.
