  • the sensor 11 of the measuring roll 10 is set in the groove 14 made on the surface of the roll, whereby it will not be damaged during the reeling of the strip 13. Furthermore, on top of the sensor 11 in the groove 14 is set the filler/transmitting material 12 which further protects the sensor 11 and also ensures in the measurement the transmission of the force/pressure to the sensor 11.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un rouleau de mesure de machine à nappe fibreuse (10) sur la surface duquel est formée une rainure (14) dans laquelle est disposé un capteur (11). Ce rouleau de mesure (10) comprend un revêtement à bande G (13). L'invention concerne également un procédé de recouvrement de rouleau de mesure de machine à nappe fibreuse (10) mettant en œuvre un capteur (11) placé dans une rainure formée sur la surface de la coque du rouleau de mesure (10). Dans ce procédé, le rouleau de mesure (10) est recouvert au moyen de la technique à bande G.
