Description
Description A KNIFE CASE
Technical Field
[1] This invention is the one on the knife case, and in more details, it is the invention on a knife case making the use and safekeeping of knife convenient by manufacturing the knife case to be used for kitchen or business use in the form of box-type with its top open and by making the knife inserted into its case freely and supported without having any directivity between those sticks and sticks through filling up countlessly many antibiotic-treated narrow sticks in its inside. Background Art
[2] Generally, the knife cases are those mostly used in the kitchens or restaurant business places, and most of them are those composed in the manner that the knives can be arranged separately from each other because the small gaps into where the knives are inserted are equipped with equal spaces.
[3] However, since these traditional knife cases required knives to be inserted into the gap at top part as if inserting the knife into the sheath, the kitchens at restaurant business places whose work in hand is busy had avoided using knife cases.
[4] Besides, the domestic utility design registration No. 416276 had been proposed with its function to sterilize the knife in custody by installing the sterilized lamp in the inside of knife case.
[5] However, it had demerits also in the way that it can not be used by inserting knives freely because it has the gap into where knives are inserted, and that its practicality is inferior due to the complex structure since it is composed of operating the sterilized lamp by installing separate switches checking whether there is any knife or not around the gap.
Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[6] This invention was developed under taking into consideration of traditional problems. The purpose of this invention is to manufacture the knife case to be used for family or business use in the form of box-type with its top open, and to enable knives to be kept in knife cases by inserting them easily and fast without leaving them alone on the chopping board in the kitchen where work in hand is busy by making the knife inserted into its case freely without having any directivity through filling up countlessly many narrow bar-type sticks in the inside of above box, and to provide the knife case to be used sanitarily by making the moisture, etc. stuck at the knife and stick in custody sterilized and dried through installing an ultraviolet lamp which is being
operated by timer in the inside of knife case. Technical Solution
[7] To achieve above purposes, this invention is equipped with a box-type body with its top open, and the knives are inserted between the stick and stick freely and supported owing to the countlessly many narrow bar-type sticks filled up in the inside of above body. And it is composed in the manner that the floodlight board where above sticks are placed is equipped in the bottom of above body and the ultraviolet lamp is equipped in the inside of above body under the above floodlight board so as to make moistures stuck in the above stick and knife dried and sterilized.
Advantageous Effects
[8] In accordance with this invention, the knives can be inserted into the knife case freely since there are countlessly many bar-type sticks inserted in the inside of knife case whose top is open, and especially, because there is no restriction in the separated s paces, it is possible to keep knives in knife cases by inserting them into knife case easily without leaving them alone on the chopping board in the kitchen where work in hand is busy.
[9] In addition, there are effects enabling to make knives kept sanitarily since there is a built-in ultraviolet lamp embedded in the inside of knife case, etc. Brief Description of the Drawings
[10] Fig. 1 is the oblique view of one example knife case for this invention
[11] Fig. 2 is the front cross-sectional view of one example knife case for this invention
[12] Fig. 3 is the plane cross-sectional view of one example knife case for this invention
Mode for the Invention
[13] Fig. 1 is the oblique view of one example knife case for this invention and Fig. 2 is the front cross-sectional view of one example knife case for this invention. This invented knife case is equipped with a box-type body 10 whose top is open. The above body 10 is desirable to be made of white birch material to produce luxurious atmosphere, but it may well do to build it with heat resisting synthetic resin.
[14] It is possible to make inside dried since there are ventilation holes 11 formed at the front & rear side and left & right side in the above body 10, and the countlessly many sticks 20 are filled up in its inside.
[15] The above stick 20is desirable to be made of synthetic resin with RP344N polypropylene(PP) material having the antibiotic function, but without limiting it, it may well do to use bamboo or wood. And by making the above sticks 20 fully filled up in the inside of above body 10 through making them narrow in width and relatively long in length, it enabled knives 50 inserted without having any directivity and with freely separated spaces.
[16] The permeable and heat resisting floodlight board 40 which supports lower bottom of above stick 20 is equipped at the internal bottom of above body 10, and the ultraviolet lamp 30 is equipped at the bottom of above floodlight board 40 in the inside of above body 10.
[17] The above ultraviolet lamp 30 is inserted through assembly hole 12 formed at the one side of lower bottom of above body 10 and fastened with brackets 32 covering the assembly hole 12, and it plays a role of sterilizing simultaneously while drying the moisture stuck at the knife 50 and stick 20 while repeating ON/OFF for the fixed time operated by timer 31. Unexplained code 13 represents the blocking sill which makes the floodlight board 40 supported.
[18] This invented knife case composed like this has the feature that the knife 50 is inserted freely without any directivity and without any restriction due to the separated spaces as shown in the Fig. 2 and Fig. 3. Therefore, it is possible to prevent from safety accident since knives can be inserted and kept in the knife case promptly without leaving them alone on the chopping board in the kitchen where work in hand is busy, and the utilization of knife case can be enhanced.
[19] In this invention, about 1500 units of narrow bar- type sticks 20 are embedded in the inside of the knife case body 10. Since these sticks 20 have mutual clearances, it is composed in the way that if knives 50 are stuck, then the knives will be inserted with distance between the stick 20 and stick 20 widened. Especially, the knife can be inserted promptly since there is no restriction on its location and inserting direction of knife when inserting the knife between the stick 20 and stick 20 because the cross section of stick 20 was formed in round shape.
[20] The moisture stuck at the knife 50 and stick 20 in custody can be dried since the ultraviolet lamp 30 which is being operated by timer 31 is equipped at the lower bottom of body 10. Especially, the knife and stick can be used sanitarily because it sterilizes the harmful bacteria, and the reliability of product is enhanced because it is possible to reuse sticks if they are cleaned and dried with water after taking them out regularly.
[21] And it is possible to manufacture sticks mentioned in this invention by using the bead-type ball where knives can be inserted randomly without limiting to the bar-type sticks.
Claims
[1] The knife case with the feature equipped with box-type body with its top open, and that having countlessly many narrow bar-type sticks filled up in the inside of above body so that the knives can be inserted between the above stick and stick freely and supported.
