Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a discharge structure of the powder discharging exit for cosmetic case, more particularly, to a discharge structure of the powder discharging exit for cosmetic case which consists of a case, a middle member, an upper moving body and a cap. The discharge structure of the powder discharging exit for cosmetic case includes a middle member which is inserted to the upper part of the case. A movement guiding part which includes a movement guiding hole in the middle of the inside is protruded to the upper part of the middle member. A middle plate is formed around the outer circumferential part of the movement guiding part. An upper main wall is formed around the upper part of the middle plate, and a lower circumferential part is formed at the lower part of the middle plate. In addition, the discharge structure of the powder discharging exit for cosmetic case includes an upper moving body which is inserted to the movement guiding hole of the middle member. A moving coupling part, at which a powder transporting tube connected with an inflow hole through the center and an auxiliary brush inserting rod to which an auxiliary brush is inserted are formed vertically, is protruded to the lower part of the upper moving body. A supporting plate including a grabbing part which includes a brush inserting part, formed around the circumferential part of the powder transporting tube, to which a brush is inserted, is formed at the upper moving body. As the grabbing part formed at the upper moving body is held and moved up and down, the moving coupling part which is formed inside of the middle member and coupled to the movement guiding hole moves up and down. Subsequently, the powder received in a receiving part of the case is discharged through the powder transporting tube passing through the inflow hole toward the brush as an inflow hole is open and closed.

[7] The conventional cosmetic case 100 mentioned right above is convenient to use because the puff 123a is united to the middle member 120 coupled to the case 110. However, in case that the case 110 is placed upside down or shaken, the powder received in the inside of the case 110 can be discharged unnecessarily because the discharging opening 125 formed at the middle member 120 is always open. Accordingly, the expensive powder can be wasted unnecessarily, and the surrounding can be contaminated. Because no measure is available for opening and closing the discharging opening 125 while it is being used, the amount of the powder discharged cannot be controlled. [9] A discharge structure of the powder discharging exit for cosmetic case consists of a case 10, a middle member 20, an upper moving body 30, and a cap 50.
[10] The case 10 includes an upper circumferential part 14 at the upper part, and a receiving part 12 which contains cosmetics inside is formed inside of the case 10. A supporting plate 38 including a grabbing part 37, which has a brush inserting part 36 formed around the circumferential part of the powder transporting tube 34 to which a brush 36a is inserted, is formed at the upper moving body 30.
[13] The cap 50 is coupled to the upper part of the upper moving body 30 covering the upper part of the upper moving body 30. Furthermore, the cap 50 is inserted to the circumferential part of the upper main wall 24 of the middle member 20.
[14] In the discharge structure of the present invention assembled and composed as described above, as the upper moving body 30 is moving up and down with the grabbing part 37 grasped, the moving coupling part 32, which is inserted to the movement guiding hole 22 formed inside of the middle member 20, moves up and down. Subsequently, the powder received in the receiving part 12 of the case 10 is flowed into the inflow hole 33 and discharged through the powder transporting tube 34 passing through the inflow hole 33 toward the brush 36a and the auxiliary brush 35a while an inflow hole 33 is open and closed. Advantageous Effects
[15] In the present invention as described above, as an upper moving body is moved up and down with a grabbing part grasped, a moving coupling part, which is inserted to the movement guiding hole formedinside of the middle member, moves up and down. A receiving part 12 receiving cosmetics is formed inside of the case 10, and an upper circumferential part 14 is formed at the upper part of the case 10.
[29] An outer holding wheel 14a is formed around the upper circumferential part 14.
[30] The middle member 20 is coupled to the upper part of the case 10 formed as described above. A movement guiding part 21 which includes a movement guiding hole 22 in the middle of the inside is protruded to the upper part of the middle member 20. A middle plate 23 is formed around the outer circumferential part of the movement guiding part 21. An upper main wall 24 is formed around the upper part of the middle plate 23, and a lower circumferential part 25 is formed at the lower part of the middle plate 23.
[31] A plurality of depressions 24a is formed around the circumferential part of the upper main wall 24. In addition, an inner holding wheel 25a is formed inside of the lower circumferential part 25. The case 10 and the middle member 20 are coupled to each other and fixed as the inner holding wheel 25a is held by the outer holding wheel 14a which is formed at the upper circumferential part 14 of the case 10.
[32] The upper moving body 30 is coupled to the upper part of the middle member 20 coupled and fixed as described above. A moving coupling part 32 is formed at the upper moving part 30, which includes a powder transporting tube 34 and an auxiliary brush inserting rod 35 which are formed vertically through the center, and also includes an inflow hole 33 formed at the lower circumferential part. In addition, the inflow hole 33 is connected with the powder transporting tube 34.
[33] A holding wheel 32a is formed at the lower circumferential part of the moving coupling part 32 at which the inflow hole 33 is formed.
[34] Moreover, a brush inserting part 36 to which a brush 36a is inserted is formed at the circumferential part of the powder transporting tube 34. A grabbing part 37 is formed in a depressed shape at the outer circumferential part of the brush inserting part 36 so that it can be held easily. A supporting plate 38 is formed at the lower circumferential part of the grabbing part 37.
[35] The upper moving body 30 moves up and down along the inside of the movement guiding part 21 as the moving coupling part 32 is inserted to the movement guiding 22 of the middle member 20. Here, because the holding wheel 32a formed at the lower circumferential part of the moving coupling part 32 is held by the lower part of the movement guiding hole 22, the upper moving body 30 can move up and down without being separated from the middle member 20.
[36] Thus, a cosmetic case 1 of the present invention is completely assembled by coupling the cap 50 to the upper part of the upper moving body 30.
[37] The operation of the present invention which is assembled and composed as described above will be described in the following.
[38] As shown in FIG. 3, the cosmetic case 1 of the present invention is closed because the cap 50 is normally held by the upper part of the middle member 20 placed at the upper part of the case 10.
[39] Because the holding wheel 32a formed at the lower circumferential part of the moving coupling part 32 is held by the lower part of the movement guiding hole 22 formed inside of the center of the middle member 20, the upper moving body 30 coupled to the upper part of the middle member 20 is held as well.
[40] Here, the inflow hole 33 formed at the lower circumferential part of the moving coupling part 32 is closed by the inner main wall, which forms the movement guiding hole 22, of the movement guiding part 21.
[41] Accordingly, in order to make up when the inflow hole 33 is closed, a user should open the cap 50. Subsequently, a user should hold the grabbing part 37 formed at the outer circumferential part of the brush inserting part 36 which composes the upper moving body 30 and push down the supporting plate 38, and then the moving coupling part 32 descends at the inside of the movement guiding hole 22 along the movement guiding part 21. Consequently, the inflow hole 33 formed at the lower circumferential part of the moving coupling part 32 is separated from the movement guiding hole 22 and then open.
[42] If the case 10 is placed upside down with the inflow hole 33 opened, the powder received in the receiving part 12 of the case 10 is discharged through the powder transporting tube 34 passing through the inflow hole 33 toward the brush 36a and the auxiliary brush 35a. Consequently, a user can make up.
[43] Meanwhile, a ring-shaped filter 27 is attached to the lower circumferential part of the movement guiding hole 22 formed at the center of the middle member 20. Consequently, as the powder received in the receiving part 12 passes through the ring- shaped filter 27, it can prevent the lumped powder from being discharged. Furthermore, the powder in a fine grain shape is discharged toward the brush 36a, thus, a user can wear a better makeup.
[44] Moreover, the moving coupling part 32 which is inserted to the movement guiding hole 22 is coupled as tightly as a user can move it with his/her finger.
[45] Consequently, after a user finishes making up with an inflow hole 33 opened by pushing down the upper moving body 30 as described above, the grabbing part 37 formed at the outer circumferential part of the brush inserting part 36 which composes the upper moving body 30 is held and pulled upward. Therefore, the moving coupling part 32 ascends at the inside of the movement guiding hole 22 along the movement guiding part 21, and then the inflow hole 33 formed at the lower circumferential part of the moving coupling part 32 is inserted to the inside of the movement guiding hole 22. Accordingly, the inflow hole 33 is closed by the inner main wall of the movement guiding part 21.
[46] As the inflow hole 33 is closed as described above, the powder received in the receiving part 12 of the case 10 can be prevented from being discharged, and leakage of the powder can also be prevented when it is not in use. Mode for the Invention

[48] A discharge structure of the powder discharging exit for cosmetic case consists of a case 10, a middle member 20, an upper moving body 30, and a cap 50.
[49] The case 10 includes an upper circumferential part 14 at the upper part, and a receiving part 12 which contains cosmetics inside is formed inside of the case 10.
[50] The middle member 20 is inserted to the upper part of the case 10. A movement guiding part 21 which includes a movement guiding hole 22 in the middle of the inside is protruded to the upper part of the middle member 20. A middle plate 23 is formed at the outer circumferential part of the movement guiding part 21. An upper main wall 24 is formed around the upper part of the middle plate 23, and a lower circumferential part 25 is formed at the lower part of the middle plate 23.
[51] The upper moving body 30a is inserted to the movement guiding hole 22 of the middle member 20. A moving coupling part 32 is protruded to the lower part of the upper moving body 30a, which includes a vertical filter 39 as a powder transporting tube 34a connected with an inflow hole 33 through the center is formed vertically. A tension plate 40 around which a sponge 41 is covered is formed at the circumferential part of the powder transporting tube 34a. A supporting plate 38 including a grabbing part 37 at the lower part is formed at the upper moving body 30a.
[52] The cap 50 is coupled to the upper part of the upper moving body 30a covering the upper part of the upper moving body 30a. Furthermore, the cap 50 is inserted to the circumferential part of the upper main wall 24 of the middle member 20.
[53] In the cosmetic case Ia including the discharge structure of the powder discharging exit assembled as described above, the inflow hole 33 formed at the lower circumferential part of the movement guiding part 32 is open by pushing down the supporting plate 38 of the upper moving body 30 in the same manner as the cosmetic case 1 of the present invention. Subsequently, powder is discharged through the inflow hole 33 passing through the vertical filter 39 equipped at the inside of the powder transporting tube 34a toward the sponge 41. Accordingly, a user can make up.
[54] The vertical filter 39 prevents the lumped powder from being discharged in the same manner as the ring-shaped filter 37. Furthermore, the powder in a fine grain shape is discharged toward the sponge 41, thus, a user can wear a better makeup.
[55] In addition, the grabbing part 37a is formed in a depressed shape so that it can be held easily.
[56] Consequently, also in the cosmetic case Ia composed as described above, as the upper moving body 30a is moved up and down with the grabbing part 37a being grasped, the moving coupling part 32, which is inserted to the movement guiding hole 22, formed inside of the middle member 20, moves up and down. Subsequently, discharge of powder can be controlled as the inflow hole 33 is open and closed. Accordingly, a user can make up.
[57] The opening and closing of the inflow hole 33 formed at the moving coupling part and its effect is the same as that of the present invention.
[58] FIG. 8 is a perspective view depicting a cap of a third embodiment according to the present invention opened, and FIG. 9 is a coupling sectional view of a third embodiment according to the present invention, and FIG. 10 is a sectional view depicting the state in which an inflow hole is open as an upper moving body of a third embodiment according to the present invention is pushed down.
[59] A discharge structure of the powder discharging exit for cosmetic case consists of a case 10, a middle member 20, an upper moving body 30, and a cap 50.
[60] The case 10b includes an upper circumferential part 14b at the upper part, and a receiving part 12b which contains cosmetics inside is formed inside of the case 10b.
[61] The middle member 20b is screwed to the upper part of the case 10b. A movement guiding part 21a which includes a movement guiding hole 22a in the middle of the inside is protruded to the upper part of the middle member 20b. An upper main wall 24b is formed around the upper part of the outer circumferential part, and a lower circumferential part 25b is formed at the lower part of the outer circumferential part.
[62] The upper moving body 30b is inserted to the movement guiding hole 22b of the middle member 20b. A moving coupling part 32b, at which a powder transporting tube 34b connected with an inflow hole 33b through the center and an auxiliary brush inserting rod 35 to which an auxiliary brush 35a is inserted are formed vertically, is protruded to the lower part of the upper moving body 30b. A brush inserting part 36b to which a brush 36a is inserted is formed at the circumferential part of the powder transporting tube 34b. A brush cover 31b is mounted to the upper moving body 30b.
[63] The cap 50 is coupled to the upper part of the upper moving body 20b covering the upper part of the upper moving body 30a. Furthermore, the cap 50 is inserted to the circumferential part of the upper main wall 24b of the middle member 20b.
[64] In the cosmetic case Ib including the discharge structure of the powder discharging exit assembled as described above, the inflow hole 33b formed at the lower circumferential part of the moving coupling part 32b is open as the upper moving body 30b including the brush 36a moves downward by pushing down the upper part of the brush cover 31b. Subsequently, the powder received in the receiving part 12b of the case 10b is discharged through the open inflow hole 33b passing through the powder transporting tube 34b toward the brush 36a. Accordingly, a user can make up.
[65] Meanwhile, a ring-shaped filter 27 is attached to the lower circumferential part of the movement guiding hole 22b formed at the center of the middle member 20b. As the powder received in the receiving part 12b passes through the ring-shaped filter 27, it can prevent the lumped powder from being discharged. Furthermore, the powder in a fine grain shape is discharged toward the brush 36a, thus, a user can wear a better makeup.
[66] Consequently, also in the cosmetic case Ib composed as described above, as the upper moving body 30b is moved up and down by using the brush cover 31b, the moving coupling part 32b, which is inserted to the movement guiding hole 22b formed inside of the middle member 20b, moves up and down. Subsequently, discharge of powder can be controlled as the inflow hole 33 is open and closed, thereby a user can make up. The opening and closing of the inflow hole 33b formed at the moving coupling part 32b and its effect is the same as that of the present invention.

Claims

Claims
[1] A discharge structure of the powder discharging exit for cosmetic case, comprising: a case 10; a middle member 20; an upper moving body 30; and a cap 50; wherein the case 10 includes an upper circumferential part 14 at the upper part, and includes a receiving part 12 receiving cosmetics inside formed inside; and wherein the middle member 20 is inserted to the upper part of the case 10, and includes a movement guiding part 21 protruded to the upper part including a movement guiding hole 22 formed at the middle of the inside; a middle plate 23 formed at the outer circumferential part; an upper main wall 24 formed at the upper part of the middle plate 23; and a lower circumferential part 25 formed at the lower part of the middle plate 23; and wherein the upper moving body 30 is inserted to the movement guiding hole 22 of the middle member 20, and includes a moving coupling part 32 protruded to the lower part including a powder transporting tube 34 formed vertically and connected with an inflow hole 33 through the center and an auxiliary brush inserting rod 35, formed vertically, to which an auxiliary brush 35a is inserted; and a supporting plate 38 including a grabbing part 37 formed at the circumferential part of the powder transporting tube 34 including a brush inserting part 36 to which a brush 36a is inserted; and wherein the cap 50 is coupled to the upper part of the upper moving body 30 covering the upper part of the upper moving body 30, and is inserted to the circumferential part of the upper main wall 24 of the middle member 20.
[2] The discharge structure of the powder discharging exit for cosmetic case as claimed in claim 1, wherein the case 10 is equipped with an upper circumferential part 14 at the upper part, and includes a receiving part 12 receiving cosmetics inside formed inside; and wherein the middle member 20 is inserted to the upper part of the case 10, and includes a movement guiding part 21 protruded to the upper part including a movement guiding hole 22 formed at the middle of the inside; a middle plate 23 formed at the outer circumferential part; an upper main wall 24 formed at the upper part of the middle plate 23; and a lower circumferential part 25 formed at the lower part of the middle plate 23; and wherein the upper moving body 30a is inserted to the movement guiding hole 22 of the middle member 20, and includes a moving coupling part 32 protruded to the lower part including a powder transporting tube 34a formed vertically and connected with an inflow hole 33 through the center and a vertical filter 39 equipped inside; a tension plate 40, around which a sponge 41 is covered, formed at the circumferential part of the powder transporting tube 34a; and a supporting plate 38 including a grabbing part 37a at the lower part; and wherein the cap 50 is coupled to the upper part of the upper moving body 30a covering the upper part of the upper moving body 30a, and is inserted to the circumferential part of the upper main wall 24 of the middle member 20. [3] The discharge structure of the powder discharging exit for cosmetic case as claimed in claim 1, wherein the case 10b includes an upper circumferential part 14b at the upper part, and includes a receiving part 12b receiving cosmetics inside formed inside; and wherein the middle member 20b is screwed to the upper part of the case 10b, and includes a movement guiding part 21b protruded to the upper part including a movement guiding hole 22b formed at the middle of the inside; an upper main wall 24 formed at the upper part of the outer circumferential part; and a lower circumferential part 25 formed at the lower part of the outer circumferential part; and wherein the upper moving body 30b is inserted to the movement guiding hole 22b of the middle member 20b, and includes a moving coupling part 32b protruded to the lower part including a powder transporting tube 34b formed vertically and connected with an inflow hole 33b through the center and an auxiliary brush inserting rod 35, formed vertically, to which an auxiliary brush 35a is inserted; a brush inserting part 36b, to which a brush 36a is inserted, formed at the circumferential part of the powder transporting tube 34b; and a brush cover 31b; and wherein the cap 50 is coupled to the upper part of the upper moving body 20b covering the upper part of the upper moving body 30a, and is inserted to the circumferential part of the upper main wall 24b of the middle member 20b.
