Abstract

Dispositifs et/ou systèmes électroluminescents. Dans certains modes de réalisation, des dispositifs et/ou systèmes électroluminescents peuvent recycler au moins une partie de la lumière générée par une région de génération de lumière du dispositif électroluminescent. Dans un mode de réalisation, un système électroluminescent comprend un dispositif électroluminescent comportant une région de génération de lumière, une région de manipulation de polarisation qui modifie un état de polarisation d'au moins une partie de la lumière d'un premier état de polarisation à un second état de polarisation, ladite région de manipulation de polarisation englobant plusieurs caractéristiques, et un élément de rétroaction qui renvoie à la région de manipulation de polarisation, au moins une certaine partie de lumière possédant le premier état de polarisation et émet au moins une partie de lumière possédant le second état de polarisation, ladite région de manipulation de polarisation étant disposée au moins partiellement entre la région de génération de lumière et l'élément de rétroaction.
