Abstract

Des souscriptions de sécurité civile privée basées sur une contrepartie financière sont acceptées (101) à partir de souscripteurs concernant le fait de fournir un accès en cas d'évènement civilement catastrophique à au moins une installation de sécurité civile privée. Cette ou ces installations de sécurité civile privée sont ensuite maintenues (102) en attendant un besoin pour permettre un accès basé sur une souscription à la ou aux installations de sécurité civile privée dans le cas d'un évènement catastrophique donné. Ces enseignements proposent en outre d'offrir (103) des souscriptions de sécurité civile privée basées sur une contrepartie financière réduite pour des bénéficiaires autorisés qui ont au moins une relation prédéterminée avec un service public d'urgence. Ceci peut comprendre, par exemple, les agents des services publics eux-mêmes, les membres de leur famille proche et/ou les membres de leur famille élargie comme on le désire. Cette réduction de la contrepartie financière requise peut comprendre, si on le désire, une remise par comparaison avec la contrepartie financière qui est évaluée pour d'autres souscripteurs ou peut même représenter une souscription gratuite.
