Abstract

A dimmer outputs an on voltage at which a switching unit (204) at a control section (200) switches an illumination unit (205) to a lighting state or an off voltage at which it is switched to an unlighting state as a control signal being generated based on repetition within a predetermined time, characterized in that the predetermined time is the time sum of an on voltage output time and an off voltage output time when the duty ratio of the illumination unit (205) is determined, and the time sum is a subset time where an on voltage output time or an off voltage output time is a unit time.
