Abstract

L'invention concerne un nanocomposite qui comprend un composant polyamide (A) et un composant nanoparticulaire (B), le composant nanoparticulaire (B) (a) est basé sur au moins un oxyde ou à un oxyde mélangé à un hydrate d'oxyde d'un ou plusieurs métaux ou semi-métaux M, (b) possède un diamètre particulaire moyen pouvant atteindre 10 nm, et (c) peut être obtenu au moyen d'un procédé consistant à réaliser une synthèse sol-gel en présence d'un acide. L'invention concerne également des procédés de préparation de nanocomposites de polyamide et l'utilisation de composants nanoparticulaires afin d'augmenter le débit de matières fondues contenant du polyamide. L'invention concerne, enfin, des pièces moulées fabriquées à partir du nanocomposite et l'utilisation d'un nanocomposite pour produire des pièces moulées à parois minces.
