Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Hochfrequenzsensor, insbesondere einen Hochfrequenzsensor zur Detektion von in einem Medium verborgenen Objekten (34), mit zumindest einer Antenne (10, 50) zum Senden und/oder Empfangen hochfrequenter Signale(20), insbesondere Signalen in einem Frequenzbereich von 1bis 8 GHz. Erfindungsgemäß wird vorgeschlagen, dass die zumindest eine Antenne(10, 50) auf einem LTCC-Substrat (12, 48) ausgebildet ist. Des Weiterenbetrifft die Erfindung eine Werkzeugmaschine, insbesondere ein Elektrowerkzeug(18), welches zu einem bohrenden und/oder schlagenden Antreiben eines Werkzeugs vorgesehen ist, mit zumindest einem derartigen Hochfrequenzsensor.
