Abstract

A method for implementing simulative service, which includes: interworking control unit detects the signaling message which comes from CS network and does not comprise the CS network user ID; interworking control unit can acquire this CS network user ID, and send this ID to IMS network through the SIP message; IMS network processes the PSTN/ISDN simulative service. A system for implementing simulative service, which includes: CS network, interworking control unit, and IMS network. Two interworking control units are disclosed, which include: default user ID storage module and user ID acquirement module; or include: user ID detecting module and user ID acquirement module. A method for implementing interworking between IMS network and CS network is disclosed by present invention. The present invention does not need to expand the current SIP protocol, and IMS network and interworking control unit do not exchange signaling each other. The present invention reduces the complexity of implementing PSTN/ISDN simulative service.
