Abstract

L'invention vise à identifier des gènes présentant des profils d'expression corrélés à des troubles associés au fer et pouvant prédire de tels troubles. L'invention concerne des procédés destinés à diagnostiquer des troubles associés au fer et à surveiller la progression de troubles associés au fer ou l'efficacité d'un traitement de tels troubles par détermination de l'expression ou de l'activité des gènes susmentionnés ou de leurs polypeptides codés. En outre, l'invention concerne également des compositions et des procédés de modulation de ces gènes, ainsi que des procédés de traitement ou de prévention de troubles associés au fer.
