Abstract

The locking structure of a push button in a pump receptacle can prevent content from being leaked due to an unnecessary press of the push button when keeping the pump receptacle after content therein is discharged to use or carrying the pump receptacle. The locking structure of the push button of the pump receptacle can restrict the rotation of the push button by rotating the push button elevation operation restricting member. Saw tooth, which are formed on the inner container and the outer container respectively, and saw tooth of the airless pump fixing member are clutched to the saw tooth, which is formed on the opening portion of the inner container. Thus, rotation of the inner container, the outer container, the airless pump fixing member and the push button is prevented while the rotation of the push button elevation operation restricting member only is performed stably.

Mode for the Invention
[28] Reference will now be made in detail to the embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to the like elements throughout. The embodiments are described below to explain the present invention by referring to the figures. For the sake of clearness and concision, technology related to the present invention that is not novel and is well known in the art to which present invention pertains will not be described herein.
[29] The locking structure of the push button in the pump receptacle according to the present invention includes an outer container 10, an inner container 20, an airless pump 30 which is installed on an opening portion 21 of the inner container 20, an airless pump fixing member 40 to fix the airless pump 30, a push button 50 which is connected to a cylinder 31 of the airless pump 30, and a push button elevation operation restricting member 60 to selectively restrict the operation of the push button, as shown in Fig. 1 through Fig. 5.
[30] A hole 11 for good elevation of the piston 22, which is installed in the inner container 20, is formed at the bottom of the outer container 10 and saw tooth 12 are formed on the inner circumference side of the outer container 10.
[31] The bottom of the inner container 20, which is inserted to assemble into the outer container 10, is opened so that a piston 22 can be installed. The inner container 20 is installed to the outer container 10 by the manner of the under-cut connection. Saw tooth 23, which are clutched to the saw tooth 12 of the outer container 10, are formed on the upper shoulder portion of the inner container 20.
[32] Saw tooth 21a are formed on the outer circumference side of the opening portion 21 of the inner container 20 so that an airless pump fixing member 40 can be installed without rotation.
[33] The airless pump fixing member 40 fixes the airless pump 30 on the opening portion 21 of the inner container 20. Saw tooth 41, which are clutched to the saw tooth 21a of the opening portion 21, are formed on the inner circumference side of the airless pump fixing member 40. A guiding grooves 42 for guiding protruder 51, which is formed on the inner circumference side of the push button 50, is formed on the outer circumference of the airless pump fixing member 40.
[34] The push button 50 is connected to the cylinder 31 of the airless pump 30. The guiding protruder 51, which is guided by the guiding grooves 42 of the airless pump fixing member 40, is formed in the inner circumference side of the push button 50. An elevation restricting protruder 52, which is placed at a slot 61 of a push button elevation operation restricting member 60, is formed on the outer circumference side of the push button 50.
[35] The push button elevation operation restricting member 60 is installed to the airless pump fixing member 40 by the manner of the under-cut connection. The slot 61 having a horizontal hole 61a and a vertical hole 61b for elevating and restricting the elevation restricting protruder 52, which is formed on the outer circumference side of the push button 50, is provided in the push button elevation operation restricting member 60.
[36] The push button elevation operation restricting member 60 can be rotated left and right with respect to the airless fixing member 40.
[37] The state that the elevation restricting protruder 52 of the push button 50 is placed at the horizontal hole 61a of the slot 61 of the push button elevation operation restricting member 60 to restrict the operation of the push button 50, as shown in Fig. 5, must be released when user wants to discharge content from the pump receptacle having locking structure of the push button in the pump receptacle according to the present invention.
[38] To release the operational restriction of the push button 50, the push button elevation operation restricting member 60 is rotated so that the elevation restricting protruder 52 of the push button 50 is placed to the vertical hole 61b of the slot 61 of the push button elevation operation restricting member 60.
[39] Fig. 6 shows the state that the push button 50 can be operated by rotating the push button elevation operation restricting member 60.
[40] When the push button elevation operation restricting member 60 is rotated clockwise, as shown in Fig. 5, the elevation restricting protruder 52 of the push button 50, which has been placed at the horizontal hole 61a of the slot 61, moves to the vertical hole 61b, as shown in Fig. 5.
[41] After this, content contained in the inner container 20 can be discharged by pressing the push button 50.
[42] The process to discharge content by the operation of the push button 50 is omitted because it is as same as the operation of the conventional airless pump 30.
[43] The pump receptacle according to the present invention restricts the rotation of the push button 50 by rotating the push button elevation operation restricting member 60. According to the receptacle of the present invention, saw tooth 23 and 12, which are formed on the inner container 20 and the outer container 10 respectively, and saw tooth 41 of the airless pump fixing member 40 are clutched to the saw tooth 21a, which is formed on the opening portion 21 of the inner container 20. Thus, rotation of the inner container 20, the outer container 10, the airless pump fixing member 40 and the push button is prevented while the rotation of the push button elevation operation restricting member 60 only is performed stably.
[44] According to the locking structure of the push button in the pump receptacle, the outer container 10 and the inner container 20 are assembled by the manner of the under-cut connection without rotation, the airless pump fixing member 40 fixes the airless pump 30 on the opening portion 21 of the inner container 20, the airless pump fixing member 40 is installed without rotation, the push button 50 is elevated up and down along guiding grooves 42 of the airless pump fixing member 40, the push button elevation operation restricting member 60 is installed to the airless pump fixing member 40 by the manner of the under-cut connection, the push button elevation restricting protruder 52 of the push button 50 is selectively placed with respect to the horizontal hole 61a and the vertical hole 61b of the slot 61 according to the rotation of the push button elevation operation restricting member 60 in order to restrict the operation of the push button 50. Industrial Applicability
[45] In the pump receptacle, the problem that the push button is unnecessarily pressed during keeping or carrying so that content is wasted can be eliminated.
