[26] Accordingly, the lower check valve 33, which is inserted through a penetration hole
31 formed at the bottom of the gooseneck shape elastic member 30, is stumbled by the outer obstacle gearing 37 of the lower check valve 33, which is formed around the exterior circumference of the valve hole 34.
[27] In addition, the circumferential supporting plate 38 of the lower check valve 33, which is anchored to the anchoring part 22 of the upper moving body 20, is pressed and supported by the lower part of the gooseneck shape elastic member 30, and the upper check valve 32, which is inserted and coupled to the upper part of the gooseneck shape elastic member 30, is pressed and supported by an interior inserting part 42 formed inside of the spraying moving body 40.
[28] Accordingly, a cosmetics case 1 is composed by coupling a cap 50 to the upper part of the lower moving body 10 and the upper moving body 20.
[29] As recited above, as shown in Fig.1, normally in the present invention, the spraying moving body 40, which is coupled to the upper part of the gooseneck shape elastic member 30 formed inside of the upper moving part 20, is protruded upward by the expansion of the gooseneck shape elastic member 30, and the cap 50 is coupled upward.
[30] Hence, when a user intends to discharge and use cosmetics, he/she opens the cap 50 and push down the top of the spraying moving body 40, consequently, the gooseneck shape elastic member 30 is compressed, and then, the spraying moving body 40 moves downward along the interior wall of the upper moving body 20.
[31] As the way recited above, when the spraying moving body 40 is pushed down, an interior space 30a of the gooseneck shape elastic member 30 is compressed, and then the opening and closing part 35 of the upper check valve 32 is open, and the opening and closing part 35 of the lower check valve 33 is closed, therefore, the air or cosmetics contained in the interior space 30a is discharged through the injection hole 44 passing the opening and closing part 35 of the upper check valve 32.
[32] In addition, when the spraying moving body is released from being pushed down, the gooseneck shape elastic member 30 is expanded, then the opening and closing part 35 of the upper check valve 32 is closed, and the opening and closing part 35 of the lower check valve 33 is open, therefore, the air or cosmetics contained in the receiving part 12 of the lower moving body 10 flows into the interior space 30a of the gooseneck shape elastic member 30 through the valve hole 34 and the opening and closing part 35 of the lower check valve 33 passing the interior hole 24 formed at the anchoring part 22.
[33] At this point, the compression ring 14 mounted inside of the receiving part 12 of the lower moving body 10 moves upward compressed as much as the cosmetics flow into the interior space 30a.
[34] Accordingly, like the way recited above, as the spraying moving body 40 is pressed repeatedly, the gooseneck shape elastic member 30 is compressed and expanded, and, simultaneously, the upper and lower check valve 32, 33 are open and closed repeatedly alternately, then, the cosmetics contained in the receiving part 12 of the lower moving body 10 flow into the interior space 30a and are discharged through the injection hole 44 of the spraying moving body 40, consequently, a user can make up. Mode for the Invention
[35] Alternative embodiment of the present invention of Fig.4 and Fig.5 are a section view of a second embodiment of the present invention, wherein, a tube 16 is inserted and coupled to an interior hole 24 formed at an anchoring part 22 of an upper moving body 20 which composes a cosmetics case 1 in the first embodiment of the present
invention.
[36] The cosmetics case 1 composed in the way mentioned above is suitable for containing primarily liquid or liquefied cosmetics, and in the cosmetics case 1 of the second embodiment, also, as a spraying moving body 40 is pressed repeatedly, a gooseneck shape elastic member 30 is compressed and expanded, and, simultaneously, an upper and lower check valve 32, 33 are open and closed repeatedly alternately, then, the liquid or liquefied cosmetics contained in a receiving part 12 of a lower moving body 10 flow into an interior space 30a of the gooseneck shape elastic member 30 passing through the tube 16 and is discharged through a injection hole 44, consequently, a user can make up.
[37] On the other hand, the cosmetics case 1 of the first embodiment and the second embodiment is equipped with an additional elastic spring omitted in the drawings, and when the expansion and compression force of the gooseneck shape elastic member 30 are weakened by repetitive pushing down of the spraying moving body 40, the elastic spring maintains the smoothness of pushing down and restoration of the spraying moving body 40.
[38] Fig.6 and Fig.7 are a section view of a third embodiment of the present invention, wherein, an external moving body 40a equipped with a brush 44a is coupled to the upper part of the upper moving body 20 which composes the cosmetics case 1 in the first embodiment of the present invention.
[39] In the cosmetics case Ia composed in the way recited above, as the lower part of a lower moving body 10a is pressed repeatedly, a gooseneck shape elastic member 30 formed between an interior inserting part 42a of the upper moving body 20 and the external moving body 40a is compressed and expanded, and, simultaneously, an upper and lower check valve are open and closed repeatedly alternately, and the liquefied cosmetics contained in a receiving part 12 of the lower moving body 10a flow into an interior space 30a of the gooseneck shape elastic member 30 and discharges toward the brush 44a mounted at the top of the external moving body 40a, consequently, a user can make up.
[40] Fig.8 and Fig.9 are a section view of a fourth embodiment of the present invention, wherein, a middle member 45, which is equipped with a conic elastic member 46, is formed between a lower moving body 10a and an external moving body 40a composing a cosmetics case Ia, and an upper and lower check valve 32, 33 is inserted and coupled to the top and bottom of the middle member 45, and an elastic spring 47 is mounted around the circumference of the middle member 45 in the third embodiment of the present invention.
[41] In the cosmetics case Ia composed in the way mentioned above, as the lower part of the lower moving body 10a is pressed repeatedly, the conic elastic member 46, which
is formed between an upper moving body 20 and an interior inserting part 42a of the external moving body 40a, is compressed and expanded, and, simultaneously, the upper and lower check valve 32, 33 is open and closed repeatedly alternately, then the liquefied cosmetics contained in a receiving part 12 of the lower moving body 10a flow into a middle space 45a of the middle member 45 and discharges toward a brush 44a mounted at the top of the external moving body 40a, consequently, a user can make up.
[42] The elastic spring 47 mounted around the circumference of the conic elastic member 46 maintains the smoothness of pushing down and restoration of the lower moving body 10a when the expansion and compression force of the conic elastic member 46 are weakened by repetitive pushing down of the lower moving body 10a.
[43] A compression ring 14 mounted inside of the receiving part 12 of the lower moving body 10a moves upward compressed as much as the cosmetics flow into the middle space 45a.
