  • the cup 11 is arrangeable to be increasingly engaged with the base portion as the height, i.e., the distance between the adjuster first end 15 and adjuster second end 16, is increased.
  • the radiator is raised from the bracket or brackets upon which it is supported.
  • the cup 11 can be adapted to engage with any portion of a radiator to raise the radiator from a bracket.
  • the cup 11 is arranged to be pivotally connected to the adjuster second end 16.
  • the cup is pivoted subsequent to the radiator height adjuster 10 being adjusted to raise the radiator from the bracket.
  • the cup 11 is configured to be pivoted to any angle.
  • the cup 11 is configured to be pivoted to a predetermined angle.
  • the cup is slideably connected to the radiator height adjuster.
  • the cup comprises a first and second strut extended from either side of the radiator height adjuster. Each strut is connected to a first and a second channelled member extending from either side of the base of the cup to allow the cup to move in a sliding motion relative to the strut.
  • the cup is configured to pivot the radiator about the radiator connection point.
  • the cup 11 is non-pivotally connected to the radiator height adjuster 10.
  • the radiator can be pivoted within the cup 11.
  • the cup can comprise fixed or interchangeable heads.
  • the interchangeable heads allow the cup to be offset from the radiator height adjuster or in-line with the radiator height adjuster.
  • the cup can be adapted to overcome obstacles such as skirting boards or the engage with radiator arranged substantially flush with a wall.
  • the support means 13 is provided to support the radiator in a pivoted position.
  • the support means comprises a support member 19.
  • the support member 19 comprises a support means first end 20 and a support member second end 21.
  • the support member first end 20 is moveably connected to the body 12 and the support member second end 21 is freely arrangeable to support a radiator.

  • the cylindrical body is of a telescopic construction allowing the distance between the first end 20 and the second end 21 to increased or decreased.
  • the support means 13 is a fixed length and is arrangeable to support the radiator in a predetermined pivot position.
  • the support member can be of a variable length.
  • a telescopically constructed support member can be provided to be fixed at a plurality of extended lengths between the support member first end 20 and the support member second end 21. The support member will click into position through a plurality of fixed heights.
  • a plurality of fixed length support members can be provided. Each of the plurality of fixed length support members being interchangeably connected to the body 12.
  • the body 12 comprises a top 17 and a base 18.
  • the radiator height adjuster 10 is arranged to extend from the top 17.
  • the base 18 is arranged in use to face a floor.
  • the body 12 is adapted to support the radiator height adjuster 10, particularly, when the radiator height adjuster 10 is in use arranged to support a radiator in a pivoted position.
  • the radiator height adjuster 10, cup 11, body 12 and support means 13 can be constructed from any suitable material, such as, metals or plastics.
  • the slip-preventing means 14 is arranged on the base 18.
  • the slip-preventing means 14 can be any means suitable for reducing undesirable movement of the apparatus 1. Suitable means include materials such as, plastics and rubber. Suitable plastics include polyethylene, ppolystyrene and synthetic rubber.
  • the slip-preventing means 14 comprises one foot arranged on the base 18. The foot is disposed to substantially cover the base 18.
  • the slip-preventing means 14 comprises a plurality of feet. The feet are arranged to prevent the apparatus 1 from undesirably moving along the floor.
  • FIG. 2 shows the apparatus 1 engaged with a radiator in a pivoted position.
  • the cup 11 is engaged with the base of the radiator.
  • the cup 11 is pivoted about the adjuster second end 16.

  • the support means 213 comprises a recessed portion 25 provided on the body 12. The recessed portion is configured to support the radiator height adjuster 10 when the radiator height adjuster 10 is pivoted by a predetermined angle.

  • the apparatus 1 can be configured to be any suitable width. Suitable widths range from 10cm - 2 m. The width of the apparatus shown in figure 7 corresponds to the width of a radiator.

  • the above embodiments 1 have been described as engaging with the base of a radiator. However, it is of course possible to provide an apparatus that engages with the sides, or the top of a radiator. In these embodiments a clamping device is engaged with the radiator to support the radiator.
