Abstract

La présente invention concerne des pompes multicellulaires servant à extraire du pétrole de puits. L'organe de travail de la pompe de forage multicellulaire de cette invention comprend une roue à ailettes (4) et un mécanisme directeur (5). La roue à ailettes (4) et/ou le mécanisme directeur (5) sont constitués d'un alliage d'aluminium d'acier ou de fer et comportent un revêtement céramique d'Al2O3 appliqué sur la surface en acier ou en fer. Ce revêtement céramique est formé d'au moins deux couches. Un revêtement polymère hautement anti-adhésif est appliqué sur le revêtement céramique. Cette invention permet d'accroître la stabilité contre la corrosion des organes de travail, leur résistance à l'usure, ainsi que leur rendement et de réduire les dépôts de sel, les dépôts d'asphalte, de résine et de paraffine, de même que le poids et les vibrations.
