Abstract

Procédé et installation de traitement anaérobie de matières à concentration de matière sèche élevée L invention concerne un procédé de traitement anaérobie de matières à concentration de matière sèche supérieure à 15% dans un digesteur sous forme d une cuve(1)fermée pourvue de moyens d adduction (2) des matières à traiter et de moyens d évacuation (3)des matières digérées ainsi que de moyens d homogénéisation (6) verticale sous forme d injecteurs d un fluide gazeux dans le fond (7) de la cuve(1). Au travers d une répartition au niveau de la cuve (1) des moyens d adduction(2)des matières par rapport aux moyens d évacuation (3) et aide des moyens d homogénéisation (6) verticale garantissant l homogénéité des matières traitées par secteurs verticaux(8)dans la cuve, on confère aux matières dans la cuve (1) une circulation unidirectionnelle forcée uniforme sur toute la section de cette dernière, et selon une composante sensiblement horizontale, entre lesdits moyens d adduction (2) et lesdits moyens d évacuation(3). L invention concerne encore une installation pour la mise en oeuvre d un tel procédé.
