Abstract

L'invention concerne un milieu d'extraction utilisé dans la détection d'une protéine dans un échantillon biologique. Ce milieu d'extraction contient un mélange de réactifs, notamment un nucléase, qui assistent l'extraction de nucléoprotéines de l'échantillon biologique. Ce milieu est particulièrement approprié pour être utilisé dans des dosages diagnostiques rapides disponibles commercialement, le milieu améliorant la sensibilité du dosage face à la présence de nucléoprotéines virales. L'invention a aussi pour objet des kits comprenant le milieu d'extraction et ses méthodes d'utilisation.
