Abstract

The invention relates to instrument engineering, in particular to air-conditioning engineering associated with computer engineering, and can be used for therapeutic, conditioning and entertaining-and-information purposes. The aim of said invention is to reduce the body weight and to extend the functional capabilities thereof.
