Abstract

A system and a method for identifying disposable wipes are provided. Indicia, such as scent, color coding and/or icon identification on the wipes (14), assist the user in identifying the categorization of the wipes. The indicia (100-109, 112-114,) are printed on the top and bottom sides of each of the wipes. A color coded icon indicates an intended use of an uploaded wipe and/or a location of common use. In addition, the color coded icon and/or the scent of each of the types of wipes provides a functional notification ensuring that a user does not confuse one of the types of wipes with other types of wipes. Thus, dispensers (10) may be stacked together and multiple wipes may be used in the same area. Various combinations of functional wipes may be easily implemented and/or customized to fit the needs of the user.
