Abstract

The gymnastics apparatus for improving postural balance comprises a base frame, at least one seat surface associated with the frame which can be turned around at least one non-vertical oscillation axis and retention means for retaining at least one portion of the torso of a user in a work configuration, in which the user is seated on the seat surface with the torso erect and in which the oscillation axis lies on the median sagittal plane of the user.
