Definitions
- the invention relates to the construction of ski mounts, used mainly for cross-country skiing, for attaching boots of various types having a pin system for attaching to cross-country skiing.
- a device for attaching shoes to sports equipment comprising a recess for receiving a shoe attaching body provided with a movable lock that is movable between an opening position in which the fastening body can be inserted into or removed from the depression and a closure position in which the constipation prevents the release of the attachment body and in which the movement of the constipation is carried out by means of a drive system containing a gripping head, configured to reciprocate zheniya, and a lever coupled to the two ends on one side to lock and on the other hand with gripping head.
- a drive system containing a gripping head, configured to reciprocate zheniya, and a lever coupled to the two ends on one side to lock and on the other hand with gripping head.
- a disadvantage of the known device is the design complexity.
- Known mounts for cross-country skiing comprising a housing, a lock consisting of two parts: movable and fixed, a movable key, a shock absorber made of elastic material, spring.
- REPLACEMENT SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) A movable key is also known, made with a groove and a latch in the front part, which engages with the axis of the movable locking part of the lock. (US patent JSfe 4995632 dated 02.26.1991, class A63C 9/086).
- the disadvantages of the device are the complexity of the parts included in it, their large number, the inability to perform the surfaces responsible for the accuracy of locking by cutting, not bending, which leads to low manufacturing accuracy.
- the technical problem to which the invention is directed is to simplify the design, reduce the number of parts included in it, and produce high precision in mass production due to the fact that this design allows surfaces that are responsible for the accuracy of locking by cutting, not bending.
- the movable key is made by injection molding of plastic, rounded shape with a reinforced section having recesses and ribs, in front with a groove and a latch engaged with an axis located on the movable part of the lock, the rear part of the latch has grooves for centering the keys in the working position, in the upper part of the side parts are protrusions that fix the movable key in the working position in the grooves of the housing.
- Figure 2 (A, B) shows automatic fasteners for cross-country skiing in isometry.
- Automatic cross-country ski mounts contain a housing 1, a lock consisting of two parts: movable 2 and fixed 3, a movable key 4, a shock absorber 5 made of elastic material, a spring 6.
- the movable part 2 of the lock is made in the form of a locking bracket with an axis with side vertical shelves having curly cuts matching the radius of curvature with the held axis of the boot, and the fixed part 3 of the lock is made with vertical side shelves with the upper part having an inclined surface, while both parts of the castle are made with protrusions for installing the spring 6, and the housing 1 is made with a cavity in the middle part with cutouts for fixing the shock absorber 5 and with grooves
- the movable key 4 is made by injection molding of plastic, rounded shape with a reinforced section having recesses and ribs, in the front part with a groove and a latch engaged with an axis located on the movable part 2 of the lock, the rear part of the latch has grooves for centering the keys in the working position, in the upper part of the side parts there are protrusions that fix the movable key 4 in the working position in the grooves of the housing.
- the housing 1 can be made with a shank 8, depending on the type of boot and is a part made by injection molding of plastic.
- Mounts are mounted on a ski using five screws 9 in pre-drilled holes.
- the principle of operation of the fasteners is as follows. To activate the fasteners, you need to place the boot pin in the groove on the body 1 and when a skier applies force (pressure with the toe down), the pin enters between the end surfaces of the movable and fixed parts of the lock 2,3, forming an angle and pushes the movable part 2 of the lock, sliding on the plate 7 , overcoming the resistance of the spring 6. Once it is on the seats of the fixed part 3 of the castle, the movable part 2 of the castle returns under the action of the spring 6 and locks the pin of the boot with the upper end surfaces of the curly cuts and its lower plane, covering the fixed part 3 of the castle.
- the skier acts on the locking mechanism by pressing the movable key 4, for example, with a ski pole.
- Key 4 begins to move along the cylindrical surface of the housing 1 in the upper part and along the hypoid surfaces of the housing 1 in the lower, while acting through the groove with a latch on the axis of the movable part 2 of the lock, overcoming the resistance of the spring 6, moves the movable part 2 of the lock forward, releasing the pin boot.
- This design allows you to perform the surface responsible for the accuracy of the locking method of cutting, not bending, which increases the accuracy of manufacturing in mass production. This design allows you to reduce the number of parts.
- the housing 1 can be made for use with various systems of articulation of manufactured shoes with an axial mounting system.
