Abstract

The invention treats to elastic packings intended for a storage, transportation and sale of leaky yields, predominantly, drinks.

Prior Art

The packing containing tight capacity, derivated by two protuberant walls from a pliable polymeric material, joint on a rim is known, (patent RU N° 49403 on an industrial design).

Deficiencies of packing are narrowity of functional capabilities stipulated by complexity of usage, since there is an opportunity of extraction and usage of contents without a disrupture of capacity (thus there can be partial losses and contaminating of contents), complexity individual carrying, specially for children, availability of sharp edges of narrow nonrigid flanges, it is possible to be cut with which one, complexity of stacking in wholesale container for transportation, opportunity of sticking of adjacent packings at transportation, low hardening from breaking strains at any stage from manufacturing up to a purchase by the consumer.

Technical problem of invention is making effective elastic packing and expansion of an arsenal of elastic packings.

Summary of the Invention

The packing contains tight capacity 1, derivated by two protuberant walls 2,3 of a pliable polymeric material, joint on a rim with formation in a upper of packing of a tubular salience neck 4, closed cover 5. The walls 2,3 are connected to formation on all perimeter of capacity of a strong flat flange 6, executed on outside perimeter by the way of polygon, in particular, rectangular tetragon with the legs 19,5x 20,5 cm, with width, smaller diameter of a neck 4. Detailed Description of the Invention

The walls of 2, 3 capacities 1 can be executed structural of stratums (are not indicated) a plasty, for example, film PETF amorphous 180-1000 microns, or PET or polystyrene, and - or of polyethylene. The applied materials are certificated for articles of food. The linking of walls 2,3 is executed by the way thermo-sizing under pressure, i.e. empty space - moulding (differently: Vacuum moulding).

The packing is used as follows. After manufacturing and the fillings by a drink of packing are erected in transportation packing series, resting backs of flanges 6 on bottom of container. Packing containing tight capacity, derivated by two protuberant walls from a pliable polymeric material, joint on a rim with formation in a upper of packing of a salience neck closed cover distinguished of themes, that the walls are connected to formation on all perimeter of capacity of a strong flat flange with width, smaller diameter of a neck, thus the flange is posed in a plane of symmetry of tight capacity, outside perimeter of a flange is executed by the way of polygon, in a upper of a flange, at least, one hole for hanging with a solid border is executed, and on a free part of a flange the container from a transparent material with disposed in it tubule is executed.

The packing according to claim 1, characterized in that, capacity is filled in with a drink and is executed in conventionalized to the shape of a fetus, the juice which one is contained in a drink. 3. Packing according to any of claims 1,2, characterized in that, in corners of a upper of a flange two round holes are executed, in which one is disposed lace for hanging packing.
