[20] In the best mode of the present invention, where is provided an advertisement vehicle which comprises a vehicle body which has a storage part; a storage container which has an inner space and is formed on the storage part; a variable advertisement frame which connects two advertisement panels about a hinge axis, receives a driving force from a driving force source and is arranged in a plane shape along with one advertisement panel as the other advertisement panel rotates about a hinge axis; a driving means which moves up and down the variable advertisement frame on the storage part and generates and transmits so that the variable advertisement frame is received in the inner space of the storage container or is exposed to the outside; and a display means which connects both ends of the screen as having a plurality of advertisement surfaces using two winders, as receiving a driving force from the motor, and winds or unwinds the screen based on a normal or reverse rotation of the winders for thereby displaying on a plurality of advertisement surfaces. Mode for the Invention
[21] Figure 1 is a view illustrating an entire structure of an advertisement vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the drawings, reference numeral 2 is a vehicle body.
[22] Here, the vehicle body 2 may be formed of a conventional truck having a storage part 4. A storage container 6 is provided on the storage part 4.
[23] The storage container 6 is formed in an empty box shape and may be fixed on the storage part 4 as shown in Figure 1.
[24] A certain door (not shown) is installed at one side surface of the storage container 6 so that a person enters.
[25] A variable advertisement frame 8 is positioned on the storage part 4. The variable advertisement frame 8 has a plane advertisement area which is formed by two panel bodies as the panel bodies rotate.
[26] As shown in Figure 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, two advertisement panels Pl and P2 are hinge-engaged. One advertisement panel Pl is provided with a driving force from a cylinder Cl and rotates about a hinged point and is arranged to have the same plane as the other advertisement panel P2 in vertical states.
[27] As shown in Figure 3, two advertisement panels Pl and P2 are connected along opposite rim sides as a hinge axis S and are designed to rotate about the hinge axis S.
[28] The advertisement panels Pl and P2 are preferably made of a metallic material or synthetic resin material panel having a good durability and corrosion resistance property and are engaged by a welding method or are engaged using an engaging member like a bolt. Here, the inner storage space of the storage container 6 is made as large as possible.
[29] The cylinder Cl is fixed at a rear one side of the lower advertisement panel P2. A piston rod is fixed at one side of a link L connected so that two advertisement panels Pl and P2 rotate about the hinge axis S based on a conventional link joint movement.
[30] As shown in Figure 4, two advertisement panels Pl and P2 are arranged to become plane as one advertisement panel Pl is rotated over the other advertisement panel P2 in a state that a piston rod of the cylinder Cl is extended.
[31] In a state that the piston rod of the cylinder Cl is contracted, as shown in Figure 5, one advertisement panel Pl rotates in the direction indicated in the drawings and is spaced-apart about a hinge axis with respect to the other advertisement panel P2 in a vertically upright state.
[32] In the above structure, a large size advertisement area can be formed as two advertisement panels Pl and P2 are rotated about a hinge axis.
[33] The storage part 4 is provided with a driving unit 10 for moving up and down the variable advertisement frame 8. The driving unit 10 may be preferably formed of a multi-stage hydraulic cylinder.
[34] As shown in Figure 2, the driving unit 10, namely, a multi-stage hydraulic cylinder is fixed on the storage part 4 in an upright state and is fixed with one advertisement panel P2 between the two advertisement panels Pl and P2.
[35] The multi-stage hydraulic cylinder is formed in a conventional known structure in which the length can be varied with at least one stage based on a hydraulic pressure. As not shown in the drawings, a driving force generated in an engine of the vehicle body 2 may be transformed into a hydraulic force.
[36] As not shown in the drawings, a certain size opening part is formed on the upper side of the storage container 6 for allowing the variable advertisement frame 8 to move up or down. The opening part may be blocked or opened by a conventional method like a door.
[37] As shown in Figure 2, the driving unit 10 is designed to lift up the variable advertisement frame 8 from the floor surface of the storage part 4 and to move toward the upper side of the storage container 6 or is designed to store two advertisement panels Pl and P2 into the interior of the storage container 6 in a folded state as shown in Figure 6.
[38] The advertisement vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention may further comprise a rotation driving unit 12.
[39] As shown in Figure 2, the rotation driving unit 12 allows the driving unit 10 on the floor surface of the storage part 4 in an upright state for thereby changing the advertisement direction of the variable advertisement frame 8.
[40] As shown in Figure 7, the rotation driving unit 12 comprises two gears Gl and G2 having constant deceleration ratios, and a motor Ml which is drivingly connected with one gear G2 between two gears Gl and G2 for a transmission of the driving force.
[41] When the motor Ml is driven, as two gears Gl and G2 are drivingly engaged with each other, the driving unit 10 rotates about a fixed point in a state that the driving unit 10 is upright on the storage part 4.
[42] The rotation driving unit 12 may be designed to directly rotate the driving unit 10 using a conventional rotary cylinder in addition to a combination of the motor Ml and the gears Gl and G2. Various rotation driving sources may be used for the same purpose.
[43] When the driving unit 10 as supporting the variable advertisement frame 8 is rotated using the rotation driving unit 12, it is possible to advertise at various angles while changing the advertisement postures of the variable advertisement frame 8 in accordance with the surrounding environment with no any limits in the advertisement direction.
[44] The variable advertisement frame 8 is provided with a display unit 14 for continuously displaying at least one advertisement screen D based on the roll screen method.
[45] As shown in Figure 3, the display unit 14 comprises an advertisement screen 16 for displaying a certain advertisement content, and two winders 18 which are connected with both ends of the advertisement screen 16 and receive a driving force from a motor M2 for thereby winding or unwinding the same in a certain direction.
[46] Here, the advertisement screen 16 is positioned at a certain portion so that the opened portions of two advertisement panels Pl and P2 are substantially covered and is advantageously connected with two winders 18 so that it is rolled down or up as shown in Figure 3.
[47] The advertisement screen 16 is divided into multiple sections in up and down directions with constant areas for thereby defining advertisement surfaces D for displaying a plurality of advertisement contents.
[48] The advertisement screen 16 may be preferably made of a synthetic resin material, a synthetic fiber or a paper sheet each having an excellent durability and abrasion resistance property.
[49] In addition, when one winder 18 between two winders 18 is driven in the winding
direction, the other winder 18 is set to drive in the unwinding direction.
[50] The display unit 14 can easily display a plurality of advertisement surfaces D using the variable advertisement frame 8 in a conventional roll screen method in which the advertisement screen 16 is wound or unwound from an outer surface of two winders 18 and is moved up and down.
[51] The above display structure according to the present invention has a simple structure as compared to a large size LED advertisement frame having a large number of LEDs and can significantly decrease the cost needed for a manufacture and maintenance.
[52] In the present invention, since it is possible to continuously display a plurality of advertisement surfaces D while moving the advertisement screen 16 in a roll screen method, it is possible to obtain a significantly enhanced advertisement effect as compared to the advertisement vehicle having a board type advertisement frame in which an advertisement content is integrally printed on an advertisement surface or is attached thereon.
[53] Here, the display unit 14 may be formed in a fixed type structure which is capable of displaying one advertisement surface D of the variable advertisement frame 8 in a fixed state. The above structure may be implemented by controlling the operation of the winder 18 so that the advertisement screen 16 is exploded and fixed at one position.
[54] In addition, in the display unit 14, the length of the advertisement screen 16 connected between the winders 18 may be extended or contracted in accordance with the postures of two advertisement panels Pl and P2.
[55] For example, when the advertisement panels Pl and P2 rotate based on a driving operation of the cylinder Cl and are changed to a state in which it is spaced-apart with respect to the hinge axis as shown in Figure 8 at regular intervals, one winder 18 is unwound, so that the advertisement screen 16 is extended as long as the interval between the space-apart advertisement panels Pl and P2.
[56] In addition, as shown in Figure 3, when two advertisement panels Pl and P2 are arranged in a plane shape, one winder 18 is driven in a winding direction, and the extended length is contracted, and it is arranged in an exploded plane shape.
[57] The method for adjusting a connection length of the advertisement screen 16 in accordance with the postures of the two advertisement panels Pl and P2 may be implemented based on a method for controlling the driving of the motor M2 which drives each winder 18.
[58] A plurality of guide rollers R are arranged at an inner side of each advertisement panel Pl, P2 as shown in Figure 3.
[59] The above guide rollers R guide a connection section of the advertisement screen 16 for a flat exploding process or a folding process when two advertisement panels Pl and
P2 are arranged in a plane shape or are spaced-apart with respect to a hinge axis as shown in Figures 3 and 8.
[60] As shown in Figure 3, a plurality of lamps F may be installed in the interior of each advertisement panel Pl, P2, and the lamps F may be formed of a conventional fluorescent lamp.
[61] The lamps F are installed for generating light toward the advertisement screen 16 in the interior of each advertisement panel Pl, P2, so that an advertisement content of the advertisement surface D may be easily recognized in the night.
[62] Here, the advertisement vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention may be further provided with an auxiliary display unit 20 as shown in Figure 9.
