步骤八: 循环步骤二至步骤七, 实现组呼中各組成员的话权申请和释放; 以上实现步骤的阐述重点在于话权申请和释放的消息传送方式,但不限于 组呼话权控制中的其他控制功能, 例如: 一: 在某组成员具有话权后, 由组呼交换中心进行计时, 如果超时后该成 员仍然没有手动归还话权, 组呼交换中心可以强制将其'爹改为受话状态, 同时 记录组呼的话权已归还状态, 以防止一成员长时间霸占话权, 其他成员无法发 话的情况发生; 二: 在组呼的话权已分配状态下, 组呼交换中心可以忽略其他成员的话权 申请, 保证具有话权的成员发话不受影响; 三: 可通过类似的算法可以扩展实现一个组中具有多个话权的处理, 即同 时可以有多个成员发话的控制; 四: 可以通过适当的算法, 将组成员分成不同的优先级, 从而实现高优先 级的成员可以抢话权; 五: 通过对组呼交换中心的适当改造, 可以在用户申请话权、 释放话权操 作成功或失败后, 给其终端发送适当的提示音。 图 2为调度终端发起组呼后释放话权, 其他成员申请话权的流程图, 包括 ^口下步一慄: 步骤 201 , 调度终端拨打组呼请求号码向 PSTN发送发起组呼请求消息, 请求发起组呼; 步骤 202 , PSTN根据被叫号码, 将呼叫路由到拜访地的组呼交换中心; 步骤 203 , 組呼交换中心根据被叫号码中的组号, 向此组归属地的组呼寄 存器发送组信息请求消息, 请求本组的组信息; 步骤 204, 组呼寄存器收到组信息请求消息后, 根据组号搜索对应的组信 息, 并通过组信息返回消息向组呼前置机返回本组的组信息, 组信息中包括但 不局限于以下信息: 本组的所有成员号码, 组属性, 各成员属性, 各成员权限 和优先级等, 同时组呼寄存器将组呼交换中心地址记录到该组的动态数据中; 步骤 225 , 该成员移动终端接收到话权申请证实短消息, 通过特殊的内容 识别出此短消息为话权申请证实, 可进行有别于普通短消息的特殊处理, 例如 向用户播放话权申请成功的提示音。 图 3为组呼建立后,某成员申请话权并在一定时间后被强制释放话权的流 程图, 包括如下步骤: 步骤 301 , 当某个没有话权的用户需要申请话权时,通过移动终端的操作, 例如按下手机的某个定制功能键, 终端自动发送话权申请短消息, 消息中通过 特殊内容指示该短消息用于话权申请, 同时将组号码填写到短消息的被叫地址 中; 步骤 302 , PLMN按短消息流程, 将话权申请短消息发送至短消息中心, 其中短消息的主叫地址用该成员的号码填写; 步骤 303 , 短消息中心通过短消息的特殊内容, 识别该短消息为话权申请 短消息, 根据短消息被叫地址中的组号, 向该组的归属组呼寄存器查询组呼交 换中心地址; 步驟 304 , 组呼寄存器从该組的动态数据中读出目前正在处理该組组呼的 组呼交换中心地址, 返回给短消息中心; 步驟 305 ,短消息中心利用得到的组呼交换中心地址投递话权申请短消息 到组呼交换中心; 步骤 310 ,短消息中心根据短消息内容识别出该短消息为话权强制释放短 消息, 通过 PLMN将短消息^:递给该成员移动终端; 步驟 31 1 , 该成员移动终端接收到话权强制释放短消息, 通过特殊的内容 识别出此短消息为话权强制释放, 可进行有别于普通短消息的特殊处理, 例如 向用户播放话权强制释放的提示音。 图 4为成员申清话权失败的流程图, 包括如下步骤: 步骤 401 ,当某个没有话权的用户需要申请话权时,通过移动终端的操作, 例如按下手机的某个定制功能键, 终端自动发送话权申请短消息, 消息中通过 特殊内容指示该短消息用于话权申请, 同时将组号码填写到短消息的被叫地址 中; 步骤 402 , PLM 按短消息流程, 将话权申请短消息发送至短消息中心, 其中短消息的主叫地址用该成员的号码填写; 步骤 403 , 短消息中心通过短消息的特殊内容, 识别该短消息为话权申请 短消息, 根据短消息被叫地址中的组号, 向该且的归属组呼寄存器查询组呼交 换中心地址; 步骤 404,组呼寄存器从该组的动态数据中读出目前正在处理该组组呼的 组呼交换中心地址, 返回给短消息中心; 步骤 405 ,短消息中心利用得到的组呼交换中心地址投递话权申请短消息 到组呼交换中心; 步骤 406,组呼交换中心通过特殊的短消息内容识别该短消息为话权申请 短消息, 根据短消息被叫地址中的组号, 以及短消息主叫地址中的成员号码, 判断如果该组目前没有空闲话权资源 , 构造话权申请证实短消息, 消息中带有 话权申请结果为申请失败, 并用该成员的号码填写短消息被叫地址, 发送给短 消息中心, 并启动发话定时器; 步骤 407 ,短消息中心 4艮据短消息内容识别出该短消息为话权申请证实短 消息, 通过 PLMN将短消息投递给该成员移动终端; 步驟 408, 该成员移动终端接收到话权申请证实短消息, 通过特殊的内容 识别出此短消息为话权申请证实, 并从短消息内容中识别话权申请结果为申请 失败, 可进行有别于普通短消息的特殊处理, 例如向用户播放话权申请失败的 提示音。 当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情 况下, 熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形, 但 这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims

一种在组呼系统中实现话权控制的方法, 其特征在于, 包括如下步驟: 步骤一: 由调度终端或调度台发起并建立组呼,在组呼建立过程中, 组呼交换中心根据从组呼寄存器获得的組数据,建立半双工的组呼通话; 步骤二: 有话权的用户可以通过终端操作进行话权释放, 手动按下 终端上定制的功能键, 终端会自动构造话权释放短消息, 经过移动通信 网络发送到短消息中心权;
步骤三:短消息中心通过短消息中的特珠标识识别出该短消息是话 权释放短消息, 向組呼寄存器查询当前正在处理该组组呼的组呼交换中 步骤四:短消息中心将话权释放短消息发送至正在处理该组组呼的 书
组呼交换中心, 组呼交换中心将该组成员修改为受话状态, 同时记录组 呼的话权已归还状态;
步骤五: 若此时有另一组成员需要发话, 可以通过终端操作进行话 权申请, 手动按下终端上定制的功能键, 终端会自动构造话权申请短消 息, 经过移动通信网絡发送到短消息中心;
步骤六:短消息中心通过短消息中的特殊标识识别出该短消息是话 权申请短消息, 向组呼寄存器查询当前正在处理该组组呼的组呼交换中 心;
步骤七:短消息中心将话权申请短消息发送至正在处理该組组呼的 组呼交换中心, 组呼交换中心将该组成员 改为发话 态, 同时 己录组 呼的话权已分配状态;
步骤八: 循环步驟二至步骤七, 实现组呼中各组成员的话权申请和 释放。 如权利要求 1所述的在组呼系统中实现话权控制的方法, 其特征在于: 所述步驟一, 所述调度终端或调度台发起并建立组呼, 具体包括如下步骤: 步骤 1, 调度终端拨打组呼请求号码向 PSTN发送发起组呼请求消 息, 请求发起组呼;
步骤 2 , PSTN根据被叫号码, 将呼叫路由到拜访地的组呼交换中 心;
步骤 3 , 组呼交换中心根据被叫号码中的组号, 向此组归属地的组 呼寄存器发送组信息请求消息, 请求本组的组信息;
步骤 4 , 组呼寄存器收到组信息请求消息后, 根据组号搜索对应的 组信息, 并通过组信息返回消息向组呼前置机返回本组的组信息;
步骤 5 , 组呼交换中心收到组信息返回消息后, 根据组内的成员信 息, 用含有组号码的特殊号码做为主叫号码, 向所有成员发起呼叫; 步骤 6 , 组内任何一个成员 ·ί展铃响应后, 组呼交换中心向移动通信 网络发送振铃响应消息,当组呼交换中心收到后续成员振铃响应消息后, 不再向移动通信网络发送振铃响应消息;
步骤 7, 移动通信网络向发起呼叫的终端转发该振铃响应消息; 步骤 8 , 组内任何一个成员摘机应答后, 组呼交换中心向移动通信 网络回复摘机应答消息, 当组呼交换中心收到后续成员的摘机应答消息 后, 不再向移动通信网络发送摘机应答消息;
步骤 9 , 移动通信网络向发起呼叫的终端转发该摘机应答消息。 如权利要求 1所述的在组呼系统中实现话权控制的方法, 其特征在于: 所述步骤四,

所述组呼交换中心通过特殊的短消息内容识别该短消息为话权申 请短消息, 根据短消息被叫地址中的组号, 以及短消息主叫地址中的成 员号码, 判断如果该组目前有空闲话权资源, 将该纽成员由组呼中的受 话状态 ~改为发话状态, 并将该组的空闲话权资源减 1 ; 同时, 构造话 权申请证实短消息, 用该成员的号码填写短消息被叫地址, 发送给短消 息中心, 并启动发话定时器。 如权利要求 4所述的在组呼系统中实现话权控制的方法, 其特征在于: 如果该组短消息中目前没有空闲话权资源,构造话权申请证实短消 息, 消息中带有话权申请结果为申请失败, 并用读组成员的号码填写短 消息被叫地址, 发送给短消息中心, 并启动发话定时器。 权利要求 4所述的在组呼系统中实现话权控制的方法, 其特征在于: 用户申请到话权后一直处于发话状态, 不主动释放话权, 组呼交换 中心启动的发话定时器超时后, 强制将该成员由组呼中的发话状态修改 为受话状态, 并将该组的空闲话权资源加 1 ; 同时, 构造话权强制释放 短消息, 用该成员的号码填写短消息被叫地址, 发送给短消息中心, 同 时记录组呼的话权已归还状态。 如权利要求 1所述的在组呼系统中实现话权控制的方法, 其特征在于: 在组呼的话权已分配状态下,组呼交换中心可以忽略其他成员的话 权申请。 如权利要求 1所述的在组呼系统中实现话权控制的方法, 其特征在于: 可扩展实现一个组中具有多个话权的处理, 即同时可以有多个成员 发话的控制。
