Abstract
The present invention refers to a power generating device (10) that can be implemented anywhere regardless of the wind conditions of the place. Said device (10) is provided with horizontal rods (33) that are comprised of turbines (3) at its free ends, a reducing motor (11) promoting the rotation of the horizontal rods (33) in such a way that it promotes the displacement of air masses, irrespective of the presence of wind in the atmosphere, what sets the turbines (3) into motion so that they rotate, thus generating power.
