[30] FIG. 8 is a perspective view illustrating a vinyl pack according to another embodiment of the present invention.
[31]
Mode for the Invention
[32] Hereinafter, a supporting apparatus for a flower arrangement according to the present invention will be described with reference to accompanying drawings.
[33] FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating the supporting apparatus for the flower arrangement according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
[34] As shown in FIG. 1, the supporting apparatus for the flower arrangement according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention mainly includes a vinyl pack 20, a fastening string 40 for puckering and fastening an upper portion of the vinyl pack 20, and a fastening unit 30 for fastening or releasing the fastening string 40.
[35] The vinyl pack 20 includes a bottom section 25 and a sidewall section 23 extending upward from the bottom section 25. An upper portion of the vinyl pack 20 is opened. The bottom section 25 is developed in a flat state as water is fed into the vinyl pack 20, so that the vinyl pack 20 can be installed on a table or a shelf in a state in which flowers are packed in the vinyl pack 20.
[36] In addition, a plurality of perforation holes 21 to 24 are formed at predetermined upper portions of the sidewall section 23. The perforation holes 21 to 24 are spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction of the vinyl pack 20 at a constant interval. That is, the perforation hole 21 is spaced apart from the perforation hole 22 by a specific distance, and the perforation hole 22 is spaced apart from the perforation hole 23 by the specific distance. Other perforation holes are also spaced apart from each other by the specific distance. Preferably, the perforation holes are aligned at predetermined positions of the sidewall section 23 while being remote from the upper end portion of the sidewall section 23 by a predetermined distance.
[37] The vinyl pack 20 has a cylindrical structure having an opened upper portion.
However, the vinyl pack 20 may also have a hexahedral structure or a polygonal structure.
[38] The fastening string 40 is sequentially inserted into the perforation holes 21 to 24, thereby surrounding the sidewall 23 of the vinyl pack 20. The fastening string 40 may have various colors for the purpose of decoration and preferably includes a flexible material.
[39] Hereinafter, the operation of the fastening string 40 will be described. First, a start point S of the fastening string 40 is inserted into the perforation hole 21 from an exterior, and then the start point S of the fastening string 40 is inserted into the perforation hole 22 from the inner portion of the sidewall section 23. After that, the start point S of the fastening string 40 is inserted into the perforation hole 23 from the exterior. This procedure may repeat until the fastening string 40 passes through all perforation holes. Thus, the start point S of the fastening string 40 returns to its original position after completely surrounding the upper portion of the sidewall section 23 of the vinyl pack 20.
[40] Then, the start point S of the fastening string S is fixedly secured by means of the fastening unit 30.
[41] FIG. 2 is a perspective view illustrating the fastening unit of the supporting apparatus for the flower arrangement according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the fastening unit shown in FIG. 2, and FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view of the fastening unit viewed in a direction different from that of FIG. 3.
[42] As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the fastening unit 30 selectively fastens or releases the fastening string 30 in a simple manner.
[43] The fastening unit 30 mainly includes a body 330, a push member 310 inserted into the body 330 such that the push member 310 can move up and down in the body 330, and a spring 350 installed between the body 330 and the push member 310.
[44] The bottom surface of the body 330 is closed and the top surface of the body 330 is opened. In addition, first and second insertion holes 335 and 336 are formed at the sidewall of the body 330 in such a manner that one end portion of the fastening string 40 can be inserted into the first and second insertion holes 335 and 336. An opening section 333 is formed in the body 330 in correspondence with the first and second insertion holes 335 and 336. [45] In addition, a spring seat 340 is integrally formed at the center portion of the bottom surface of the body 330 so as to stably support the spring 350.
[46] The push member 310 includes a push section 313 which the user pushes using a finger, a column section 315 extending downward from the lower center portion of the push section 313, and a pressing section 317 installed at a lower end portion of the column section 315.
[47] In addition, a stopper 320 protrudes from one side of the pressing section 317 in correspondence with the opening section 333 of the body 330.
[48] The stopper 320 plays the role of stopping the movement of the fastening string 40.
[49] Hereinafter, the operation of the fastening unit 30 will be described.
[50] In a state in which the user pushes the push section 313, the start point S of the fastening string 40 is consecutively inserted into the first and second insertion holes 335 and 336, and then the user pulls the fasten string 340 such that a predetermined portion of the fasten string 340 comes out of the fastening unit 30. Then, if the user releases the pressure applied to the push section 313, the push section 313 moves upward due to elastic force of the spring 350, so that the fastening string 40 is fixedly embedded between the pressing section 317 and the body 330.
[51] After that, in a state in which the user pushes the push section 313, the start point S of the fastening string 40, which has passed through the perforation holes formed in the vinyl pack 20 is inserted between the stopper 320 and the column section 315 via the opening section 333 of the body 330. In this state, if the user releases the pressure applied to the push section 313, the push section 313 moves upward due to elastic force of the spring 350, so that the fastening string 40 can be fixedly embedded among the stopper 320, the pressing section 317 and the body 330 (see, FIG. 5).
[52] Under this circumstance, if the user pulls both sides of the fastening string 40 in opposite directions, the fastening string 40 is tightened about the fastening unit 30, so that the upper portion of the vinyl pack 20 is puckered (See. FIG. 6). As a result, the vinyl pack 20 having the flowers therein can be installed on a table of a shelf as a decoration, such as a flower arrangement. In particular, as shown in FIG. 7, an ornament can be attached to the supporting apparatus of the present invention in order to improve the external appearance of the supporting apparatus.
[53] FIG. 8 is a perspective view illustrating a vinyl pack according to another embodiment of the present invention.
[54] The vinyl pack according to another embodiment of the present invention can be formed with various shapes. For instance, the vinyl pack 900 may have a hexahedral shape as shown in FIG. 8.
